Honestly the best Taco Bell experience we’ve had in probably a year? Driving across country with my family, had to stop for food! Went inside and used the kiosk, and food was prepared right away FRESH. Staff was amazing, it seemed to be all women working, and they had the friendliest attitudes. Could be a TN thing, but man was it nice. 🙂

Got 4 quesadillas and couldent even get them out of the wrapper they were so stuck to the paper. 25$ down the drain. Can’t even get quality tacos because they don’t want to make sure they don’t stick 0 out of 5 stars wouldn’t let me rate it that tho. Do not recommend. Go to the next closest one this one sux

My girlfriend went here this evening and it was rather horrible. When she got home the hard taco was soggy like it had been soaked in water. The other thing that happened was that she used her card and the man claimed it declined it twice but took it the third time. Only thing is she was charged 3 times for our food. When i called them they refused to refund the other 2 charges and was rather rude on the phone. I work for Arby’s and I am very familiar with the fast food industries and I am appalled that the service was like this. I will never eat here again and I urge others to bypass it as well in fear that this will happen to them as well.

Stopped here twice bathrooms remain same condition not too great but the service was quick, not busy at all plenty of tables available. I will visit a different restaurant during my next stop in this area. The place overall was clean with friendly cashiers just the bathroom not what I like or expect in a location like this.

The food is amazing!! I feel tsco bell should offer coupons in the mail and should offer better deals. I think they Would get a lot more business! But that particular taco bell was awesome! The cashier was super sweet and friendly. Our food was served quickly! Thank you!

I asked the counter person to please put extra beans on my burrito, and make sure that my tacos have an appropriate serving of taco meat. Brittany, was awesome, service was perfect, burrito was excellent and, so were the tacos!

My husband ordered a steak power bowl and I ordered the chicken power bowl. Never has it been so terrible. There wasn’t any guacamole, maybe a tablespoon of black beans, hardly any chicken or steak, a minimal amount of rice, very little cheese, and a ton of lettuce. Even with the over amount of lettuce the bowls were only half full. We paid almost $6 a bowl. They weren’t even worth $2. If I wanted a head of lettuce, I would have went and bought one for .99 at the store. It’s bad enough I have to drive 20 minutes to get taco bell, but then to get home and be starving only to find out I got ripped of for half a power bowl that was half lettuce didn’t make me happy and I’m still hungry. Not cool. Hope to get this resolved. Thank you. Looks as though I’m not the only one who has this issue via other reviews. WTH TACO BELL??!!

Big sign about breakfast guess it’s for the people that dnt work since they are never open from 6-9am. No wonder they don’t sell a lot breakfast can’t when not even open.
