It was Taco Bell food…….it was good and no complaints. The store and employees needed a lot of work. The dining area was filthy……all tables dirty and food on the floor. There was no tea out at the beverage station so you had to try to get the employees attention to get some. That’s another topic…..waited at the counter for several minutes just to be acknowledged by the employees even though they had enough time for two of them to be on break outside when we arrived. My wife and I were the only customers present. They were out of Pepsi and mild taco sauce……kind of important things when running an eating establishment. Overall just sub-par experience.

Our breakfast burritos and crunch wrap were empty. Basically, flour tortillas with barely any stuffing. Very disappointed with the visit. The drive-thru lady was very nice though.

I work nights and ordered a few minutes before close which is something I try not to do but the staff were very nice and had a great attitude. The food they made looked just like the commercials. This is probably the best taco bell I’ve ever had and it’s entirely because of a great staff.

I ordered online,when i got there they said they never received my order.i showed them the app,it said my order was ready . They told me they could not find it on their screen. But yet it took the money off my card. I asked about the order again they walked away. This is the second time this has happened and i never got any food or my money back. I understand ten dollars i not much but how many more is this happening to.

Knowing full well the eventually cataclysmic gaseous event that would ultimately come from my visiting of this establishment, I ignored all cerebral warnings and stopped late night. (Albeit I was under the influence of the gods of green intoxicants and my internal demons of nom nom that rule the inside of my innards were controlling my actions in the moments leading up to this visit.)

If you aren’t going to wait on the dine in customers then just close your dining room. I have went and stood in an empty dining room at counter many times for over 15 minutes with no service. Employees look right at you but do not even take a second to at least say someone will take your order as soon as we can. Ridiculous
