Terrible experience over and over. I consistently need to check my bag to ensure my order isn’t completely wrong. This evening, even after specifically asking for extra sauce I didn’t even have enough for one packet per taco. On top of that, I ordered a 12 pack of Cinnabon delights and only got 5… If there was a way for them to screw up the drink, they would have.

Told me to wait in the drive through and I had ordered on the app took 10 minutes at the speaker. I drive up to the window. Out of my drink I wanted. The truck behind me got their food before me bc I was told to go and park bc of a DoorDash that came in after my order they were working on that instead of my food. I heard a worker (male) say “Oh so we’re skipping the line now?” Like WTH?!

Chicken tacos in a soft shell with nothing on them??? Suppose to have the toppings. No excuse to be in such a hurry that you do not put lettuce and cheese on your tacos. Customer service on Saturday at 1:00pm May 13th 2023 was lacking in many areas. I use to think the Jonesborough location was the best but here lately it makes me wonder.

I have no idea why the Jonesborough Taco Bell consistently serves food that is obviously NOT fresh, it’s soggy, crunchy shells are always wet, stuck to the paper, and literally fall apart before you can even pick them up (they really need to be dumped into a bowl just to eat them, which is NOT what you are paying for or wanting! ). We’ve given this location so many tries, only because they’re the closest to us, and to support local businesses, but when you see food that looks like this (see pictures of the “Beef and cheese burrito”), it literally makes you lose your appetite! They should’ve paid US to eat it! You’ll NEVER get anything at this location that looks even close to what you see in the advertisements!!! We spent almost $25 (for 3 people), and I don’t think a dog would eat it!!! Either the owner/manager doesn’t care about the quality of food they serve here (including “thrown together mush,” stale hard shells, or wet, soggy, or broken/crumbled taco shells), or they need to train their employees better, or pay them to actually care about what they serve to people! Gross!

So explain to me why I put in my order at 9:47 p.m. and it took almost an hour for it to be made. I understand that I had a big order but it was 19 things and shouldn’t have taken that long. To add to the disappointment our order is completely wrong. I ordered 2 steak soft taco Supreme, 3 Beefy 5 layer Burritos, 2 Nacho Cheese Doritos Locos Tacos Supreme which we didn’t get, we received regular hard tacos, 2 steak quesadillas, we received 4 which 2 had Jalapeños on them that wasn’t asked for, 2 Steak Crunchwrap Supremes that didn’t have the hard shell in them, 2 Steak and Jalapeños Quesaritos that we also didn’t receive, 1 Cheesy Fiesta Potatoes with extra Sour Cream that is cold, 2 Steak Gordita Crunchs and 2 Doritos Cheesy Gordita Crunch- Nacho Cheese that we also didn’t receive. The total was literally $98.18 and the order was completely wrong and it took that long to complete. We literally live 5 minutes from this location. Not to mention they didn’t even put any of the sauces in the bag…. Hell 2 of the Quesadillas one sections of it didn’t have anything in them at all!

DON’T BOTHER GOING TO THIS TACO BELL People are really nice. However I gave only 1 STAR because I’m tired of being asked if I want to donate almost every time I go there. They screwed up my order leaving out the cheesy Gordita from the 5 dollar box. Gave us a taco supreme when we never ordered that,we just ordered a regular taco. And the food was cold that they did get right. It’s sad because the place wasn’t even crowded there was only one other person in front of us. Won’t be going back!!
