12:30 in the morning, been in line for 25 minutes. Holding every car in front of me at least 5 minutes between orders. Will never give this restaurant another penny of business. The absolute worst attitudes ever! This place is a joke. They are not equipped or staffed to handle more than 1 customer at a time. They should lock the doors every night at 8:00 and go home.

Love having a Taco Bell right near my work which is this particular location and they just newly built one near my house in Blountville so I have the best of both worlds depending on where I am at. One of my first jobs in high school was working at Taco Bell so I guess I am and will always be a bit biased lol . Best part of Taco Bell is the fact that they stay open so late when everything else is closed especially since COVID ruined business hours for nearly every place imaginable SMH ‍♀️.

5 times I have attempted to order the Black Bean Grilled Cheese Burrito, because I have a stomach issue where I can’t eat beef, not that that matters. And 5 times I’ve been given beef, 4 times I called them and got a new burrito, but the 5th time I decided it’s not worth the gas money anymore. I wouldn’t have even tried that many times if there were any other restaurants open past 10 PM that offers vegetarian dishes.

I ordered 4 of the new shredded beef dipping tacos. The cashier took my order and let me pay for them and they gave me hard shell tacos with ground beef grilled in cheese. The tacos were burnt and falling apart. Not to mention the dipping tacos are almost $4 each and a hard shell taco is $2 and some change. When I took them back up to the counter they said they were out of the shredded beef dipping tacos. Should have said that before they took my money. And they let me replace with 2 of the burritos which I asked for no sour cream and of course they had sour cream on them. Thank you for ruining my lunch. I’ll never eat here again.

Ordered 4 soft tacos,1 hard taco and 2 steak chalupas to go. Got home & there was 1 steak chalupa missing. Not getting everything you ordered & paid for is not good. It’s happened at this location before. Please train the employees to make sure every thing a customer ordered & paid for is put in their order.

Been here twice,both times AWFUL Friday night 11 o’clock, football game over,gray fair over,wk end night…..stood 15 min at front counter,three employees,NEVER PNCE ACKNOWLEDGE ME,SAY ONE WORD, I had t make employee speak to us,lobby was full,was told we needed to use kiosk,first off I didn’t know how, finally after I told that I couldn’t use kiosk,tall boy with black beard we t to back and gotta a money drawer, drive thru lined around building, blonde girl came off clock,which is illegal,and helped,this is the most disrespectful bunch DO T KNOW Y TACO BELL OPENED IN BLOUNTVILLE,THIS ONE OS A DISGRACE IN OUR COUNTY,if you can’t take care customers,THEN CLOSE FOWN,WHO EVER MANAGES THIS STORR IS AWFUL,I ALSO WILL BE SPEAKING TO HOME OFFICE,GENERAL MANAGER,I CANT. You need to check your order after they hand it to you. Ordered custom My Cravings Boxes on the app. Lobby was closed. Took an additional 20 minutes to get my food through the drive thru. When I received my food I drove home to find that they had given me two nacho fries boxes. Not what I had ordered, and not the cost of what I had ordered. I then had to return through the drive thru again to get the correct order that was already sitting there. They will not answer their phone and were “sorry”, but “oh well”. The whole purpose of ordering ahead, is so that you can grab your food and go.
