Came in to grab dinner for the family after getting home we discover the nachos, crunch wrap NOTHING has meat in it like we ordered vegan or something?… Strange, I will definitely be back for a refund tomorrow, what was supposed to be a highlight meal turned out to be a totally disappointing incredibly overpriced salad

The the lady that helped us tonight at the register was a great help! Thank you ma’am for you dedication to what you do. It was nice to have a casual conversation with a person that was polite and very knowledgeable about menu items. We were a difficult order and having trouble with the self checkout tablet. Y’all have not given us our whole order the last 7 times we have been there. Literally every single time no matter what, there’s food missing. I will never come back to this location since y’all hire people who have the smallest amount of common sense and know how to read a damn order ticket. Ordered through the app to pick up, waited almost an hour despite being one of the only customers in the lobby, only for them to tell me they didn’t make my order due to supply issues. Supply isn’t their fault, but they ignore customers and pay almost no attention to the counter, and took a while just to get someone’s attention so my friend and I could get our cups. Was told I’d have to file a refund through the app, which Ive done 3 separate times with no follow up or response and still have not received my refund. Customer service here is terrible.

We haven’t ate at Taco Bell in a long time, but stopped in there Saturday evening. We were waiting at the counter to order and someone finally came and told us they don’t do orders at the front counter anymore, you have to place it at the kiosk. A sign saying that would have been helpful but that was okay. What was not okay was while we were waiting for our order a gentleman working the drive-thru was cussing including the f-bomb loud enough for the whole restaurant to hear it, and didn’t seem to care. Also the quality of food was not very good considering how much they charge you for it.

This place has went downhill badly. Last two times I’ve been here it’s a complete waste of money. My fault for coming back the second. Managers only want to argue with someone and have terrible attitudes. Not sure how they even made it to management honestly. Was standing at the front counter and the manager went straight past me while on her phone. Employees just standing around. Maybe two actually doing something. Food isn’t what you pay for. I ordered extra cheese and sauce on my chicken & steak quesadillas and they were flatter than a plain cheese quesadilla would’ve been. Someone new needs to take over this place.

I submitted an order on the app for a quesadilla and a build your own cravings box with a cheesy gordita crunch, bean burrito, cinnamon twists, and Dr pepper. My bag had sauce all over the outside. My quesadilla was burnt one one side and thrown into the quesadilla pouch. I went to get another item out of the bag and my finger went into sauce. I looked and the cheesy gordita crunch was laying wide open in the bottom of the bag crushed and smeared all in my bag. All over my bean burrito wrapper. I didn’t get my cinnamon twists either. My main problem with this is the gordita crunch being demolished in the bottom of my bag. It was not edible. I didn’t have time to go back and didn’t feel like it would be recieved well if I did have time to go back. I have attached the picture of it in the bag and also when I lifted it straight up out of the bag. Those are too expensive to be giving them to the customer like that.

I have been 3 times, but only gotten food once. The drive thru always last more than 5 minutes. And when I get to the intercom I order only to be told that EVERYTHING I ordered, they were out of. I will NOT be going back!
