My 3 hard shell tacos were so wet the bottoms fell out, and my pepsi was watered down. Service was not friendly and the line wait time was unreasonable!!

It took us 32 minutes to get our food. The manager came to talk with a lady ahead of us and the manager was rude as hell. I have worked fast food for many years and would never let my team treat people the way they were treating us. They were mad cause they had to work.

The staff at this location was more interested in socializing with friends instead of helping customers. Food was sloppily made and leaking in there bag.

Oh this Taco Bell. The consistent incompetence at all levels of staff is almost impressive. No need to go here. Maybe the owner should get his franchise under control. Poor quality food, indefinite wait times, and trays with old food on them. A real disgrace to Taco Bell’s everywhere.

Zero stars, they are thieves. This store just stole $60 from me, I placed an order on their app, asked for an update after 40 minutes and was told there was only 4 people working and nothing of store being busy. After an hour I get a call from delivery driver and employee stating they erased my order and wanted to know everything I ordered at 10:40pm. Order was placed at 9:25pm. When I asked for a refund I was told to contact Doordash for refund, I did not place order through door dash, it was on the taco bell app. I will be disputing the charges on my account. But wanted to warn others of their night crew scamming people out of money. I have worked in fast food, and know for a fact you can recall an order, however the problem here is why you clear an order that you did not make and complete! To top it all of the delivery driver marked the order complete, they probably split the money for my order.

Food was good but had to wait along time to get our order cause the person just came in to work and didn’t know that our order hadn’t been made yet and the lobby was dirty, tables not wiped down and where we sat you could see under the counter and we seen a pan and spatula laying on the floor under counter.

The lady working window was SUPER nice and friendly but it stopped there.. tried to get a $8 power bowl and was told they were out of refried beans, black beans, guacamole, rice, and chicken… And the lady that came up from the back said she could give me cheese quesadilla lmao.. I was shocked..

Waiting in line for 15 minutes. When I got to the speaker, they asked me to hold for another 10 minutes. It was not busy when I got there but there was a line of cars to the road when they finally took my order. Service was not friendly at all.
