It was great and fast service but the food was unevenly spread out. As you can see in the picture one side of my burrito was beef and cheese and the other side was just rice and cheese. So disappointing especially since it’s the new volcano combo that I was excited to try. It wasn’t just one burrito that was like this but 2 of them exactly alike. I used to work at Taco Bell a couple of years ago so I know how to properly make a burrito, this isn’t it. Fix your line cooks at this specific Taco Bell

These guys are always working hard and I’ve never had a bad experience with this location, I’m mostly a night shift visitor! Any time I’ve had an issue with my order, I’ve called and they’ve immediately worked out a fix with me! My stuff is always safely packaged! Love this location!

In this place at 8:30 am and filthy. No cleaning done the night before. Talked to the manager myself and she did NOT care. Her excuse……no help. I feel this is the excuse everyone uses now. If a restaurant is that dirty upon opening, maybe they shouldn’t open til they can clean. Come on people. This is NOT a third world country……yet!

They should be ashamed of their “general manager” Ashley. My drive thru order was wrong. The lady at the counter was lovely and trying to help. Then Ashley comes around the corner with her pants unzipped screaming about how I didn’t order those missing things and if I didn’t like it not to come back. She begrudgingly fixed my order. I asked for a call back from her boss and she took down my number but I have heard from no one. They consistently get things wrong so maybe I’ll just take Ashley’s advice and never come back.

It’s Taco Bell you already know the menu. The workers are willing to exchange their time for a paycheck, but don’t be asking for too much or you’ll catch a hint of what their really thinking while they make your food. It’s good, just like you like it. We’re all living in Bidens America, trying to survive, but at Taco Bell they’re thriving.

This location is the best one in town in my opinion. There are other locations that are closer to my house, but I pass them to get to this one. It’s always cleaner than the other locations and they never get my order wrong. The only issue I’ve had that involved them was the one and only time I’ve ordered delivery and that was just due to the DoorDash driver not giving me my whole order. It wasn’t the store’s fault, but they went ahead and remade my order for free. The GM is very nice and seems committed on keeping a good reputation for her store.

Always good. Love the Mexican Pizza. That brought me back to Taco Bell more often. Reasonably priced food that fills you up. Is it real Mexican food? No. Is it tasty. Yes. A welcome change from burgers and fries!

The staff cared about the customers to the level of warning me the food was hot, seperating the items that were a burn risk from the rest of the food (hash browns, ect) and just being extremely helpful. They ran out of eggs and gave me a heads up before hand, I said that it was good and we could have a few without eggs. So the added more potatoes and meat to the ones without eggs to balance it out. I have never had such a pleasant experience at a taco bell in my life. Thank you!

Went through drive through and didn’t get my entire order. We live 25-30 minutes away. Trying to get in touch with the store for a refund but the line has been busy for the last hour. Guess it’s off the hook. Who knows. As much as these places want to charge for food these days and still deliver value menu service.
