This was like every other taco bell trip I have ever made. Food tasted good the first time. I got a couple beefy 5 layers and some tacos. I ate after getting home and within an hour I had the worst case of food poisoning I’ve ever experienced. I thought it was a fluke so I tried it a week later (2 weeks ago now) and I got food poisoning again. With a completely different order. Safe food handling practices are not being used (chef with 10+yrs experience here) and I would strongly urge any and everyone to avoid this location at the very least until they do a deep clean. I do not have any of these issues with any other location. Just this one.

Something happened recently, maybe employees change. We eat here often and it’s always $35-45 per order, never less. Past order we had beef in our Black Bean grilled cheese burritos. Fine, I guess. If I only could eat it. This time they didn’t give us the second large freeze when picking up. I called back and the employee was very rude. Said it’s a third party issue, not the store. Basically, it’s two in my order, I paid for two, but you gave me one, and it’s a Taco Bell app issue. I asked if the manager can help me. He just repeated the same thing and hang up on me. For the record, I worked customer service myself, so I know exactly how it feels. This is not just a bad customer service, it’s more of a rude careless person here.

Got my food through drive thru. Staff were very good at getting the order right . But remind them to say thank you and have a great day when handing the food out the window. They wouldn’t get a check if it weren’t for the customers. Just saying. Love the food ❤

I ate TB around 10-10:30pm and I said supreme taco twice but I didn’t get the tomato&sour cream toppings. Also either the meat or the fries not cooked enough messed up my stomach in the morning that I had to sit out at work for 30-45min. First time ever at TB. Probably they weren’t sanitary too

Can taco bell management or who ever please put the dining room hours on door instead of changing them when ever you feel like it used to be 9:00 but locks at 8:40 then 8:30 and now even earlier can’t use drive thru that’s why I came earlier if you don’t like dealing with the public find other work not servicing the public THAT EASY

LOL forget this location. I’ve ordered from here a few times and GOOD LUCK getting what you paid for. I paid extra for guacamole on my Crunchwrap and OF COURSE there was none! I also paid extra for extra black beans on my Nachos BellGrande… of course there was barely 1 scoop on them.

The last couple times I’ve visited this location, the food I receive has been awful and the experience was not a good one. Your drive thru folks have no personality and seem like it’s a chore to take an order. The quality of the food preparation needs attention as I have received multiple uncut and barely cooked quesadillas. Soggy taco shells. Cold soggy nacho fries. This location needs some major help.

just stopped in from the interstate, trying to find a snack and fuel up. i didn’t order online so the service wasn’t super fast, but quick enough and the food was tasty and satisfying.
