Went yesterday and it was hoppin. Drive through was full went inside. Order was right. Workers were competent and nice and this place runs smooth. Not my favorite taco bell but its still an A. Its in a busy area so it stays busy. I like to hit up the Old Hickory Blvd. I65 Hermitage, Central Pike, Location. Don’t get me wrong it stays busy as well and is hard to pull out of sometimes but it’s usually faster. I feel like the food is better at the I65 location. They are definitely friendlier and The inside is way more inviting.

Asked them did they have the Doritos loco taco combo she responded yes we do. So I went on with it explained how I wanted it paid for my order, made it home it wasn’t right called spoke with someone was telling her my order was messed up I was needing it fixed she went on to tell me they don’t have that anymore that meal comes with one Doritos loco taco and a regular which I didn’t want the regular I would’ve paid more if needed I ask her would they fix it she hung up. Not the only time they screwed up my order terrible customer service they have.

consistently the slowest drive thru in town. 20-40 minutes to get food and it still comes out wrong sometimes. this restaurant has tanked in quality and speed severely. lately they ask you to stay at the speaker after ordering until the food is ready then they let you pull forward to take the next person’s order. didn’t know taco bell was custom made to order

They have been EXTREMELY shortstaffed. We have to wait half an hour for drive thru order. And the order I placed in the app isn’t ready. My husband went to Taco Bell at 8 and came home at 830 with the wrong order. Next time I will drive to the other Hermitage taco bell so I can get quickly get my order.

Ordered tacos last night and THEY WERE DELICIOUS EVERY THING WAS SUPER FRESH!!!!! SHELLS WERE CRUNCHY AND PLENTY OF MEAT,FRESH LETTUCE AND CHEESE!!! BUT THE MAIN THING IS THAT THE TACO SHELLS WERE NOT SOGGY FROM THE MEAT!!!!!! EXCELLENT FOOD AND SERVICE.
