Ordered from this location on uber eats and this is how the bag was “sealed”. food was of course missing, tacos barely had any meat, i could count on my hands how many fries were in my 3 orders of nacho fries. this was a serious let down.

I’m waiting in line the 8th car back with five cars behind me to pick up a scheduled order for 9:50 thru DoorDash! It is now 10:15 and I haven’t even made it to the ordering menu! What is the point of doing a scheduled pickup if I can’t pick it up and I’m waiting this late? I’ve already paid, no one will answer the store phone! Employees are walking out leaving with this line as long as it is! I get staffing issues and completely understand that part. But what is the point of allowing scheduled pickup times if there’s no other way to get my order than waiting in this long line that is not moving? You really need to get a better method for that aspect of the job or stop allowing pickups to be scheduled if this is gonna remain the process! Now my daughter will have to be in bed before I ever even get the food, much less be home. Just very frustrating and a waste of time. My food is sitting on a shelf waiting on pickup and was made 30 minutes ago. So it will be cold and no longer worth it. At least these people waiting are getting fresh food! Or at least I hope considering how long they are waiting!

This is the hands down worst Taco Bell in Tennessee, possibly in the world. It’s a miracle that this place is still in business to be honest. If you come here please expect the lobby to be closed (for some reason at any given moment) and your order to just be wrong

Ordered 3 supreme soft shell tacos through the drive thru on Sunday 5/7 in the evening time, had a horrible headache Sunday around 9pm and then puking by 11pm until Monday around 1pm. Had the worst body aches and fever. Tuesday comes around and felt like a brand new person. My pcp said it was definitely food poisoning! This was the only thing I ate on Sunday so it couldn’t have been anything else.

I came to grab some food for dinner, as I pulled up and parked I noticed that the lobby doors was closed and locked which meant you had to go through the drive thru. The drive thru line was very long but moved fast. I ordered three burritos paid an head out. As I was headed home I began to eat my burritos but noticed that there was more beef, beans, an sour cream on the outside as there was on the inside. It’s like they turned it inside out, the wrapper had food all around the outside along with all over the bag like my burritos had thrown up in there. It can’t be that hard to make a burrito that’s more put together instead of messy. This is my third time in a row my food has came like this. You can’t go in to complain with the doors locked, an you surely don’t want to wait another 30 minutes to go through the long line again. Staff was nice that’s about it.

Their lobby was not open at the dinner hour which is not ideal. It was a last minute need so I’m probably not the best to review their food. It’s not as good as it used to be when I was in HS many moons ago. Not great but not horrible.
