I ordered “Meat and cheese only” There was more sour cream than anything. It’s Tacobell, so it’s not like I have high expectations. Just get the order right so I don’t find this when I get home.

Update: Had to remove another star because service seems to just keep getting worse. Last 2 times I have been here they have left out literally half of my order when handing it over to me.

This store definitely stands out among the crowd. Their lobby was spotless, their stations were all filled and their staff was friendliest I’ve experienced. Tyrell took my order today and I have to say I was thoroughly impressed with his professionalism and service.

Quite possibly the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. I’ve never gotten my food in less than 20 minutes and the order is usually wrong. The drive through takes forever, but don’t go thinking you can beat the line by going inside, that will take even longer. The staff is not friendly, and never once has anyone offered me a refund for the wrong order. I assume they don’t care about the inconvenience of their customers. Get some staff and management who take pride in their jobs, or at least who can accomplish their jobs without mistake after mistake. Never again.

They were out of EVERYTHING! Dr Pepper. Pepsi. Chicken wings. Steak. Blueberry slushy, strawberry slushy. Idk if they literally had nothing or if everyone was just being lazy. It was crazy! Then everyone was acting all dumb when I would ask questions. I literally couldn’t get a receipt because the manager said she couldn’t control or print a receipt that was ordered on the kiosk. It was insane that no one had answers for anything. Half of the people wouldn’t even respond when I would ask them a question. They would just walk away or stare at me. One of the craziest experiences at a fast food restaurant. It was like it was everyone’s first day working there.

Soft Tacos in the bag upset down and all of them that wasn’t upside down including the Crunch Wrap Supreme had NO beef! The staff wasn’t friendly so I just left.
