These folks are out here crushing it! The staff were all super friendly and got my order out quick. I’ve been to some Taco Bells where the portions are skimpy, but not here. My quesarito and double steak grilled cheese burrito were big, full, and delicious. Also the outdoor seating area is a great bonus!

Once again I fell victim to the dreaded register at the counter but no staff willing to take my order. Now, there’s no sign at the unstaffed register on the counter to kindly let me know that I must order at the kiosk or be ignored. Nope, The staff just lets me stand up there at the lonely useless register on the counter as a reminder to all the other patrons that the days of customer service and caring about why the customer entered the establishment in the first place all long gone. so, I stand there confused because if I’m being honest I didn’t even notice the two kiosk that are place by the garbage cans until i turned around to leave the place. At one point in time one of the staff members told another, “Why don’t you go up there and take that guy’s order?” Of course that just prompted the staff member to look at me then disappear into the back somewhere. Honestly, I blame the owners and the management. Simply facts: If you don’t give a care nobody who works for you will either.

It’s sad when you go to taco bell and you can’t even order because the only worker is outside sitting in his car and claims they’re closed at 12:34. When they clearly close at 1. This employee nneeds to realize he’s supposed to working not playing on his phone in the car. Now the Winchester Road Taco Bell is where it’s at.

Really need to learn how to make a taco demolished hard tacos soft tacos had like a small spoonful of meat like ♂️ I love Taco Bell but this is bullshįt some of the soft ones were slimy seemed like they just threw them in the box without a care in the world if they break or not also cold tacos. It’s a shame I should have stopped at the one off the parkway instead last time I visit this one.

Out of all the Taco Bell’s I’ve been to the last 35 years this ranks probably the absolute worse. Worse service ever. Food was mediocre at best. The Mexican pizza didn’t look like it was supposed to. Just slopped together and stuck to the box. Very disappointing. I still enjoy Taco Bell but me or my wife will never return to this particular location.
