One word, TERRIBLE! There were five workers in the back, two empty registers, and two self ordering kiosk (YOU ARE EXPECTED TO USE and was told to do so). I watched people stand in front of the registers for over 10min without being helped! The workers are rude and don’t care about customer service. I watched a worker eat food while preparing orders. They were singing and dancing with inappropriate words (cursing). I watched the worker give away free food to a friend that just walks in and asks for a taco. I heard the entire conversation. The owner of this location needs to take a look at the day to day operations. They are losing money and customers. I’m not sure how they stay in business… another one star review to add to the collection… SMH..

This Taco Bell continues to be the worst managed TB I’ve ever been to. Online orders never work yet you pay. It’s pointless. Doors to lobby still locked most of the time. We saw four cars get out of drive through the other day, including ours because they refused to take an order for almost 30 mins straight. It’s atrocious at this location. Sometimes it’s hard to understand Huntsville. Not sure if it’s this location specifically or just a Huntsville in general issue. I travel all over the country and world and the worst service is really in HSV. This Taco Bell is no exception. Sign says open. Get there and the doors are locked. Or no one answers in the drive through. If you are open, be open. If not, change your hours and just close. But to post advertisements and signs that you’re open only for customers to walk up and find doors are locked is bad business. I mean, it was only prime dinner time on a Saturday. Why would you be open?

This place was amazing for the first few months but has progressively gotten worse. I am done after tonight. Last time we ordered the tacos came completely soggy. Tonight they gave me doritos locos tacos with broken shells and hardly anything on them at all. This place needs better management/ownership if this is the type of product they’re going to continue putting out. Very disappointing because I love Taco Bell.

Food is good, but they’ve taken my money on more than one occurrence. I would come back through to get the food I actually ordered because they messed up the first time and they would just ring me up again. I would argue it, but they would swear they didn’t ring me up for the food the first time when they actually did. That was the last chance, never coming here again.

The service has been great fast and professional. My order has always been correct 9xs out of 10 only once has it been an item forgot and that was the mild sauce but other than that great. Tip of the hat to these folks there for always having my order hot and hooked up the way I like it and correctly delivered. Stay keeping it real. Thanks

Great food for reasonable prices. Edited review since they have been open at this location for a long time now. So I mobile ordered my food a few times now and Everytime I order no sour cream and still freaking get sour cream on my food! This is the 2nd time in a row and I know they got the mobile order correct because they read it to me and said no sour cream on the burrito! Only get 2 stars instead of one because the other food does taste fine. 2nd edit now 1 star because I also added black beans and potatoes to my crunch wrap supreme which cost extra! Guess what they didn’t even add my black beans I payed extra for. I swear I’m done with this taco bell after this…..

Ppl make mistakes, I understand that. It happens! But what I don’t understand is how an employee can handle food an not realize it’s holding time has expired ( cold & hard)… I ordered 2 chalupa boxes.. both chalupas was cold an hard, neither was eatable. I waited in line in drive thru for 35 minutes from pulling in to receiving my food, just to receive old, hard food.. Mgmt needs to put boundaries up between socializing an work place behavior! Such as you can be friends outside of work but at work, mgmt needs to discipline, and lead the crew to success not failure.. Lead by example! This was at lunch time on a Saturday, so being busy was to be expected. But considering how busy this establishment was inside an drive thru, absolutely No reason as to how it would be possible to hand out cold food except by carelessness! This location has only been opened for a very short period of time, and has already established a bad reputation..
