This Taco Bell has the most trash of night crew members of any restaurant. They will come up with any reason not to work at night. Out of ground beef, out of tortillas, not taking cards, no grilled items. These folks even close when they feel like it. They will close 30 minutes early, an hour early. Whatever is convenient for them. I came to the restaurant 30 minutes before closing and the crew was outside talking and chit chatting. Headsets on and everything. When I pulled up to the box they said they were closed. When I asked “Since when y’all started closing this early” one worker said “Since now”

I wouldn’t bother to give a star except you have to to write a comment. I will never eat at another Taco Bell for the rest of my life because of the one on Old Monrovia Rd. When I asked for help because I had never used a kiosk I was mocked by two female employees. Long story short I asked to speak to a manager and one of the two females charged up to the counter introduced herself as the manager said it was nice to meet me and told me to get the F__ out! I was in shock and didn’t move fast enough when I was told once again to get the F__ out. I did not do anything to warrant that type of hate and I am disgusted that either female is allowed to work in the public. Employees are the face of a business and that is what Taco Bell will always look like to me. A short, large woman screaming at me to get the f__ out because I asked for help. Shame on Taco Bell.

I come to this Taco Bell quite frequently. The staff is always polite, and friendly. I’ve never experienced the crew here having a bad attitude. I definitely recommend this store, even at night when they’re slammed you don’t have an overly long wait for your food.

Placed a mobile order, meaning I paid before arrival, only to get there and see that they have closed early (without indicating) and were hiding in the restaurant. Not a great look. The food quality suffers already, but at least I get the food…until now.

Worst place, some have zero work ethic. How do you mess up an order with 2 ingredients? I mean da$@, guess lower your expectations for this place! Some of y’all will be selling tacos till retirement, that’s if you can keep a job with that stank attitude! Management failed this one, don’t even get on the phone.
