Immediately upon entering I was told when I was ready to place my order to use the kiosk. There was a sign posted where the normal register is that says for faster service use the kiosk. I do not know how to use the kiosk and it took me at least twice as long to place my order because I didn’t know where to go to click things and how to change things and had to keep asking the lady how to change it. Mind you she was sitting on a chair playing on her phone and drinking a coffee while wearing her headset. And there she sat until somebody called her or needed her. I noticed when we were leaving that she had a coffee and her backpack located where She was sitting so I took a picture and she saw me and the proceeded to tell me it was her off day even though she had a headset on her head and told me to have a blessed day. She then proceeded to follow me and my son out of the door, took a picture of me, my car, the back of my car and me as I was pulling away with my two children inside. This was really uncalled for as I did not even get a picture of her face but she made sure to get a picture of me and my kids. The last time I was in there it was very pleasant and the lady was very helpful and took our order but not this experience.

Made an order on the app on Sunday 8/20/23 and got to the drive-through at just after 6 pm inside the normal business hours. When I pulled up to the drive-through speaker, the lady said she was the only person in the store, and even a manager was not there, that I would need to cancel my order.

Normally I don’t have issues out of this location. However, I’m not sure if I’ll be back after tonight. I work in a restaurant currently, and I’ve worked in the food industry so I get customers will try to pull things. But this? This was NOT okay. My friend went to get us a simple order. Three tacos, two hard beef no lettuce, one soft chicken no lettuce; and a chips and cheese. The only thing they got right were the chips and cheese. The chicken taco was COLD, and the beef tacos had lettuce. We went to get it fixed. The guy we spoke with could not understand what we wanted. My friend spoke to them since I was so upset. He calmly explained the beef tacos were supposed to be hard shell (he specified it FIVE times) with no lettuce, and that his chicken was cold. He could not understand that my friend wanted the chicken to not be cold. I had to step in, and he got extremely defensive when I snapped at him (my friend does not have a backbone, so he was being overly polite) and I said he just wanted a warm soft chicken taco and the guy cut me off and said he understood that. Some other guy asked us to pull up the window and gave us our food. This time? There was lettuce on the chicken taco and my beef tacos were soft. I tried going inside, but the doors were locked (despite the fact there were probably ten GUESTS inside the dining room). So, back in line. This time they told us they wouldn’t fix it again (after this last time) even though THEY’RE the ones messing up the order. We (I say we, I let my friend do the talking) spoke to the guy who cut off the rude one from earlier this time, and he made sure it was right. When we were pulling away I heard the rude guy lie and say that we told him soft. The rude guy also didn’t have on a hairnet or even pulled back (it was all in his face, and I saw him walking away from the food line), despite his long hair. So, that was gross. Every six months y’all get horrible, food gets back, employees become insufferable, and then y’all close for a few weeks. Then, things are great for another six months. I have a feeling this cycle will repeat soon.

It’s not a terrible place, the food is actually decent, staff is ok. There is no point “customizing” the order (no sour cream, no rice, etc.), because they don’t make it the way you request it. Just left there and had to go through the drive thru three times just to get our order right. In the end, I THINK we got it all, and some extra because they didn’t listen… again.

I literally just left not even 20 min ago and I called over 10X and NO ONE answered the phone, I ordered a deluxe box and ordered my chalupa beef instead of chicken and they got it wrong I also ordered another order of nacho fries and they completely didn’t give me cheese we didn’t even get straws the fries tasted stale as hell

I ordered the taco pizza at the drive thru window. I received my order. I stopped my car at a safe location, and removed a slice of the taco pizza to eat. Once I lifted the slice to place inside my mouth, I noticed something touching my wrist. I looked and there was a long piece of brown hair hanging from the taco pizza slice. I had just purchased this taco pizza from the Taco Bell in Northport, AL.

We always have to pull around. Tonight however they took order, I followed the order on the screen, got total and was asked to pull up. but when I got to window the person said I pulled up before she got my order. That was a lie. She was mad because I corrected her on my order at the box. This location has gotten worse and worse. We choose not to come here most of the time due to unacceptable service.

Haven’t been to this Taco Bell in a long time, and now I remember why. Got two of the deluxe cravings boxes; both the chicken tacos had old chicken in them, and the gorditas were extremely greasy. There’s no reason I should be getting old food at 10:30 in the evening, especially when no one else is in the drive thru. I’m done with this place; it used to be really good, but I guess those days are over.
