Well let’s talk about this taco smells. Ever since they changed locations into this nice fancy building, nothing has been “fancy” with their service or f I am pretty confident that my order has been incorrect every time I have placed an order at this location. Here’s the kicker….the place has been a ghost town when I’ve been there the last few times. Employee turnover seems to be a challenging issue for this store. And the crews just can’t seem to get the right amount or accuracy into the bag. If there are no cars in the drive thru and literally not a soul in the dining area, then the orders should be accurate and timely. Come on semi-brand new Taco Bell. Does VP Richie Rich know how much of a mistake it was to move into this stand alone building and all the inaccuracies that came with it?

Don’t bother with this location, your order will be always wrong and it will always look like it was prepared by a pack of blind dogs. Tonight I had the honor of them not only messing up my order, but they also managed to charge my debit card $13 for a $3 order. And then had the gall to act as if I was the problem. They offered no solutions, and when I informed them I wanted a refund I was told they didn’t know how to do that. So the employee just took cash out of the till and gave it to me. What a circus.

This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to, I have gone back a few times since they opened this location hoping that the owner/manager ironed out the flaws, but every time I leave in disappointment. They have not once gotten my order right, nothing fancy ordering combos off the menu, the food always looks like it was prepared by a 2 year old, and the staff always asks like they are being inconvenienced by any request. At the prices they are charging now you are much better off just ordering takeout from one of the Mexican restaurants in the area. Not sure how this T Bell stays in business. Avoid at all costs.

We’ve been to this newer location several times now and to echo most of the other reviews, customer service is TERRIBLE, EVERY SINGLE TIME!! I want to also point out that of all the times I’ve been, there is no one else in the drive thru, no matter the time of day. It would seem their reputation precedes them. I can definitely understand why! It almost feels like they have a game going on as to who can use the least amount of words possible to the customers. It’s the craziest thing. My husband was trying to put his card away after paying and a different person came up to give us our drinks. She just put her hand out the window with the drinks. Never said, “here you go”, or “Excuse me”…eventually I told my husband he was being handed something but the fact that I had to say something, it’s ridiculous! I intentionally waited to see if she would talk to my husband but nope!

I’m not sure how ordering the three soft tacos combo turns into three different tacos, none of which were correct but here we are. At least I was only forced to order them because they “didn’t” have the ingredients to make anything else.

I’ve stopped here about 7-8 times now, and never once have they gotten my order correct. more than once, they were closed hours earlier than the posted hours, with little or no explanation. the staff is uncaring and management seems to be as lost as the seemingly constantly annoyed employees.

I stood at the counter for about 5 minutes. I was on the phone so I know employees heard me. There was no one that I could see at first. The building was empty and I was thinking maybe they were closed. I got off the phone and heard someone talking so I said hello. There was someone hiding in the dinning area with their phone and earbuds on. She told me I had to use the kiosk to order. I told her this was an online order. Very rude and took forever just to hand me the cup. Took forever to get the food.

Ordered two taco belle grandes. One was just a lot of beef and the other was nothing but cheese & chips, which were not eaten. We didn’t notice this until my wife returned home with them. Had I not just left the hospital the day before (5/27), I would have gone back to the restaurant and thrown both in some employee’s face!

This is the absolute worst Taco Bell around. There are always lots of employees, however the the order is ALWAYS wrong and the food is terrible. All ingredients on one side of things, tacos. It wrapped so they fall apart in the bag, ingredients missing, you name it. No pride or effort put into the food. Tonight was it for me.
