This location was amazing when it first opened. But has been on a downward spiral ever since. The drive thru employees are beyond rude, the food is slung together and it never fails something is alway not available on the menu. We gave them one more try tonight after a 2 month break and will not be back. The drive thru line was decently moving until we got to the window, the girl got beyond frazzled when I gave her cash to pay, we waited for almost 10 minutes for our food. We get home, which is not very far, and our food was mostly not even eatable. The biggest disappointment was how slopply put together the mexican pizza was with barely any meat or beans, no tomatoes and so much cheese it was drowning. It went straight to the trash. We will not be back to this location. Very poorly managed, which is such a shame.

This Taco Bell was a lot better than most of them that I’ve ordered and ate at. I ordered our food from the kiosk and 5 minutes later if that our food was done. They got everything right the first time unlike a lot of the places we have ate.

The food was fine, but service was bad. We asked for all waters (for my husband, myself, and my three young kids). The man at counter told us each person had to ASK for water. We were shocked. All three of my young children had to individually ask for their waters. One is barely making sentences! After we received our order, they forgot my husband’s taco. We also witnessed the manager talk rudely to an elderly man who could not order from the kiosk station. After that my sister never received her food, and when she went to ask about it, they told her they never received her order from the kiosk station. She showed them her receipt, and they STILL weren’t sure about getting her food or returning her money! She asked to speak to the manager and no one would help her! The manager FINALLY came to speak to her and was extremely rude about the whole thing. They did eventually give her the food. The whole visit was awkward, and the employees were extremely rude. I will not be back.

The employees were rude and rushed my order, we were inside and face to face but the employee was having an attitude for no reason and was not using appropriate language. As we were sitting down there were ants crawling on the floor and when I went to the bathroom there was a roach walking around the walls, this is a new location but it seems like it’s not the best quality at the end of the day it’s Taco Bell, but even for them I expected better standards. The food didn’t even taste edible and tasted like it was made with dog food. Worst Taco Bell in the area.

Worst Taco Bell food I’ve ever had in my life. Evidently had been under the heat lamp for hours, the grease had soaked all the way through the shells, they were falling apart and it was mostly cold and if there was a teaspoon of meat on them you’d be lucky. It’s hard to believe this place hasn’t been opened not even 2 months and the food was this terrible. I bought three Doritos locos tacos and barely finished the first one

Disgusting. Shame on you! Terrible terrible Taco Bell! The photos below are for a Crunchwrap supreme!!!! Can you count the lettuce? Can you see the trace of sour cream? Can you see any cheese?? Do you see this nasty mess??!! We paid over $26 for this! And almost every time we go there we pay over $30. Wanna waste your money? Wanna be robbed of ur money? Wanna pay for higher prices and literally get nothing but leftovers? Something that looks like was taken out of the trash and served to you? Just head to this specific location. We’ve been there about 8 times already hoping that it was just a one time problem, and wanted to support their new business, but every time gets worse. Never coming back and advice you to not go there. Makes sense why this location is almost always never busy during lunch hours. Look at the photos and you’ll know why. The one star is for the friendly guy at the window only!

Food was Taco Bell, met expectations. Drive thru line a bit slow but could have been idiot customers asking questions/confused/not concerned about the folks in line behind them, completely obliblvious to the online ordering app and how it would speed things up for everyone if they were willing or capable of progress to 21st centuries technology.
