Order #2303533 was our order. A 40 minute wait with 3 attempts to get our order correct. We ordered at 7:34pm and didn’t get our order correct until 8:14pm on a dine-in order. They lost our order originally and brought us our drinks but never called us for the food. It wasn’t until I went to the counter and asked about our order did they attempt to make it. They took a screenshot of our receipt and couldn’t get the order right after 3 attempts. They gave us the wrong box originally, missed a taco and burrito on the 2nd attempt, and missed a burrito on the 3rd attempt. When confronting the woman who was wearing the headset and seemed to be the manager, with my frustrations, I was laughed at as she walked away. Whoever sees this message, I sure hope you guys find a way to hire more professional employees. Utterly disgusting customer service.

This is seriously the best Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. The staff really makes a difference: they are so nice and friendly, honestly every time. I go by here all the time, and it’s consistent. They keep everything super clean and neat, and it’s always the Bell location I try to go to.

I definitely should have went to Taco Casa across the street. So sick and tired of todays talent in the industry. Workers want more money but lack the necessary skills to do simple tasks. I know this may be common with Taco Bell. Losing me as a customer won’t bat an eye. I know this. Customer service is a thing of the past. I’ll at least leave my thoughts even though they will be ignored. This place is trash and the food I got went in the trash as well. All that waiting and all of my food is cold. Fuq this TB!!!

The cleanest Taco Bell I’ve ever seen, with the nicest people, and honestly some of the best food too. It’s a very open feel too with lots of windows and nice places to sit. No complaints here! Great location!
