It would be GREAT to actually get all the food I ordered the first time without items being left out. Edit: they’ve gotten better on accuracy, and worse on quality. Empty Taco shells, and Mexican pizzas were awful.

I like to get breakfast here every now and then, and they do a decent job. They have a few problems though. They will usually mess up your order every 1/3 times, and sometimes they are just not open when they actually open. I pulled up yesterday, and waited 20 minutes for them to open after it hit 8, and I could not find a soul.

We love taco Bell. The employees were very nice to my family and I. The food was great and they made sure that they got my order correct before leaving the store. They also have a order machine for you to get quicker services. It will save you time.

Food wasn’t hot, barely room temp. They left out the sauce after I requested it with the online order. No pride in this location. Heard a lot of yelling g going on from the drive thru.

The service and management at this location has been bad far longer than it was ever good. I always ask for extra sauce and I have never ever received it. I got 6 packets for 7 items today which is just ridiculous considering I spent $20 on it. They don’t even want to give you 10 packets like it says on the drive-thru screen. You really might as well just drive up to the window and ask there instead of telling them what sauce you want over the intercom, because they’re way more likely to actually give you enough for the meal you’re paying for if you’re face-to-face with them. Might as well, they’ll be rude either way.

We picked up 2 Mexican pizzas and some other food for an order for my wife, daughter, and myself. The Mexican pizza shells had an extremely bitter taste (I assume from using old grease) and they were completely inedible. My wife went back and they replaced them for us. We ended up in the same situation. Both were bitter and tasted terrible again. I called them and explained the situation. Apparently they only fry shells and things like that in the morning, so I guess someone isn’t changing the grease in the mornings before they start frying the shells. We had to miss out on the main part of our meal because of this. The people working were friendly and offered to either refund our money or make them again, so I have nothing negative to say about them, just not happy with the food issue. Posting this here so hopefully someone in management sees and changes this.
