I ordered 2 bean & cheese burritos without the onions and sauce plus 2 cheese rollups from the Value menu without sauce (I’m allergic to sauce) with a large Ice Water. Everything tasted good going down, but by time i got home about 15 minutes later, i was in bathroom. I guess I can no longer eat Taco Bell food. Ughhhhh…

Food is normally fine and order’s usually correct, but last couple times at the drive through the younger guy working the window has been rude/unprofessional. Keeps the window mostly closed and kind of dangles your card and food outside of it, making you have to reach further for them. Also doesn’t say a word to you the whole time… I don’t care about having a conversation with workers by any means but a normal “hello” or “here you go” goes a long way in not making you look like an a**hole.

It’s basically a fast food Mexican restaurant. You get what you pay for. Sometimes it’s good, and sometimes it’s just okay. Definitely would recommend the people putting the food together and taking their time a little bit more to make sure everything is right the first time around.

Ordered Nacho bell grande with extra cheese, beef and quesadilla sauce ! I wanted it like it comes but extra. I understand it’s a different type of order but I don’t mind paying. Called store person who answered was argumentative I just want what I paid for. Instead of listening she wanted to argue, Any place I order this never gets it correct. Beans over take the meal so this is why I order extra beef. I wish I could summit a picture because the appearance is horrible.

The sign says they’re open for breakfast but waiting to open at 8:00am is ridiculous. The Cullman location is open earlier at a more appropriate “breakfast” time, why isn’t this location? Very frustrating!
