I’d recommend doing mobile ordering as the restaurant only has self ordering kiosks inside. When we visited the ice maker was out of ice and we had to give our cups to the employees behind the counter to get our ice. There is minimal seating inside the restaurant, it seems the model is for mobile and drive thru orders. The parking lot is extremely small and will probably be difficult to navigate at busy times.

Not too bad. I looked up the reviews after pulling into the lot, and most were pretty bad. Restaurant was clean, there was a staff member attentive. I told him my name, and that I placed an online order. The team member making the food accidentally brought my bag to the drive through, though I selected carry-out. The team member up front went right over, grabbed it, and handed it to me. Only other issues were ladies room was unavailable, and a patron was very loud, giggly and coughing a lot (though that’s no fault of the restaurant). Decent trip. 4/5

The other reviews are accurate: this location is a joke. Sometimes the drive thru is open, sometimes it’s closed. Sometimes the lobby is open, sometimes it’s locked. Either way, you’ll receive your food incorrectly made and with an attitude. Sorry if my business that is paying your wage is inconveniencing you. And you have an employee monitoring the drive thru with a headset, to only tell them you’re only accepting mobile orders?!

Don’t confuse this establishment for Taco Bell, because it’s actually Taco Hell. Every time I have been here they have consistently been out of multiple menu items I was trying to order or gotten my order completely wrong. The parking situation is the most ridiculous city planning blunder I’ve ever seen. You have to park around back and cross through the drive thru line and enter on the main road. Todays visit the drive thru option was closed so they have us go inside (not a single customer btw) and after we order off the screens and pay they tell us they’re out of one of the items. Skip this place and drive down the road to the KFC Taco Bell.

Great! After all of the negative reviews we approached with caution but had an absolutely awesome experience. We went through the drive through and we were treated very well and our order was ready in almost no time. Everyone we talked to was so kind and helpful.

Why have a restaurant when the doors are locked and no one operating a drive thru? Staff hanging out with friends and no one operating the restaurant. Finally opened doors since we had done a mobile order. Drinks, no ice- food sloppy. Definitely should get refunded. Petition No one to ever go here! They need to shut down.

No staff. Drive-thru was blocked by an employees car so no one would use it. No signage. All doors were locked but there were customers inside. No signs indicating anything abnormal. Called, the ONLY employee in the whole store answered the phone and immediately hung up to stop it from ringing. One kid trying to run the whole store. It’s basically closed. What an embarrassment from a management /hiring perspective. Absolute disgrace. We’re driving to winter garden location..
