Boyfriend went to go get food, and all of our taco shells are hard and are the Doritos taco meals all shells are cracked. Drink overly sweet and it is fruit punch, they must be making it themselves eeeeyuck diabetes. Waste of money drink going straight in the trash. No more Taco Bell for me, this is starting to be business satisfaction only because these restaurants just want your money

This establishment has gone above and beyond with their customer service attentiveness to detail. Every time I go my orders are always correct and I’m greeted with very NICE and personable people. I have not eaten Taco Bell in a very very long time but have returned multiple times just this past week! The service that they’re providing in this restaurant prompted me to leave a review. Can’t say anything bad about this place. Managers and staff, keep up the great work! These workers need a raise!!!!

45 minutes for my order to be packaged… and they still missed an item and used the wrong meat in another. When I told them about it, the woman counting cash stuck her dirty hands in my bag and touched all my food. Dirty hands touching my food, and they thought that was ok. I saw many others waiting a long time as well. I’m genuinely not exaggerating… 45 minutes. This isn’t the first time. I’ve been to this location many times over the years and it always takes far longer than fast food ever should on a bad day. It’d be quicker to go to a sit down Mexican restaurant and have them make food from scratch.

My wife and I came in on a Sunday afternoon to get lunch and ordered take out. We never saw a Taco Bell staff member until our food was ready, and we were only given part of our order. If we had taken the order as it was given to us and not checked the order ourselves, we would’ve left without a good portion of our food.

I visited this location to purchase dinner for my family through the drive through. I received my food & returned home to find that the Mexican Pizza I ordered for myself was absent. I grabbed my 38.00 receipt & returned through the drive through. I told the associate part of my order was missing & he told me to pull up. I then got to the window and was greeted by an irate black woman. She proceeded to literally call me a liar and said she saw her co worker put it in the bag. Her exact words were , “I am calling you a liar” she also told me her manager just left & it didn’t matter if I complained to corporate or the district manager & she did not have to give me the food (that I paid for ) . It is absolutely unreal how emboldened these fast food workers are to be unbelievably rude & unprofessional. I asked the guy at the window for the lady’s name who called me a liar & he refused saying he did not feel comfortable giving out “his” managers name. This makes 0 sense lol. What a complete joke. Soon all you fast food workers will be replaced with robots & you will be homeless on the streets. Go cluck a duck

I asked for the Vegan Crunch wrap. Reginae at the drive through asked if I meant the black bean crunch wrap. Which I answered “No” to 3 times. I get to the window and I asked if there were any animal products in it. She replied Sour cream. I asked if there was only a little that I could remove. She said yes. I get the food home and it’s drenched in sour cream. Drive through doesn’t know the menu, or the definition of vegan and lies to customers therefore should not be working there. It’s clear management doesn’t care.

My stomach is always bubbling, I’ve been there twice, and both times, they messed up my order/food. First, they burned my queso so bad it had ashes. The second time, they mixed up my order and got snotty when I tried to give it back

I have never, ever, ever had a spicy chicken quesadillia from taco bell. This is something that they did on purpose without my request. There was no different opinions or any arguments from the person in the drive thru. Just an order and respect between both parties. I have no issue with my order except that it’s spicy and that does not agree with my stomach. Stay away from this place. They adding Ingredients that don’t naturally come with the food
