They have messed up my order a lot of times and I still went there but this time is even more terrible that this was done! She said that they must be serving you more than they usually do… but look at this it isn’t normal at all.

I’m very disappointed and disgusted by the mess there always seems to be at this Taco Bell. Click on the pictures and zoom in. When we got there, there was no one sitting at the tables and all the tables and chairs were dirty. They don’t bother to clean up, even where they make the food. This is appalling and this place needs to be cleaned at all times. I had told a girl about the dirty tables and chairs, and she just cleaned one of the tables so that I can use it, but she never bothered cleaning the rest.

They need to learn how to count. Second time in a row they short my order. I ask for a credit and got put on hold and they never came back. Which sucks because it’s the only Taco Bell around.

Food is ok. It’s taco bell. The staff had our food done, but never called out that the order was done l, so it got cold while we were waiting. Bunch of careless teens, but that’s not odd for this area or type of restaurant. The tables were super dirty so we decided to take our food home. Ok for a fast food stop I guess, but I’ll go to Chipotle next door next time.

Worse experience ever!! I hate going to this taco bell. Always so rude and nasty! This employee “Ethan” was the worst. I was in the drive thru trying to order, he rushed me so many times even though I asked him to give me a minute to pick what I wanted and he kept rushing me with a nasty actitude. When I get to the window I asked him to add an order of fries and cheese and he’s response was “I can’t do that theres a car behind you” I said “so? This is not the first time I ask for something in the window” he said “well you have a car behind you so I can’t add anything” I’m done with this place! Change employees or you management will continue to loose customers. Ethan must go.

The first time in this taco bell. More than outstanding the service was excellent and the food was very hot and so delicious. One of the best taco bell ever. Truly the service and the team are so good better than the taco bells in miami thay make sure the is right but when thay give you your food always something is wrong never fails there service is so bad especially at the drive through. So I can you guys this taco bell is out standing keep up the amazing work i will always come back to this taco bell and everyone out there if looking for more than outstanding job and your food please try this taco bell. I ordered crunch wraps and a 4taco/ 4burrito combo box. The service was as expected, reasonably quick and nice enough. My only issue was that despite asking for all of the sauces I received none. Unfortunately I didn’t realize this until I got home to eat.

Ordered 6 chicken Chipotle melts with NO Chipotle sauce for my kids. When it arrived all of them had Chipotle sauce. I called the store, and the girl argued with me that in their system it doesn’t say no Chipotle. The freaking receipt stapled to the bag says it. It’s ridiculous. I’ll never order from this location again. Oh and the manager wouldn’t come to the phone lol so she made her poor cashier handle it. So professional

BEWARE OF CHARGES. Went to this location on 2/11. Order in the drive thru, paid with my debit card. The bank sent me a message as I was pulling away that two purchases from taco bell were approved…. WHAT? I was charged for the order behind me in line. I went inside and wanted to get this fixed. They acted clueless and baffled how this happened. And “refund” me. The supervisor said the refund will be instant…. Well it’s not.
