This particular store is fairly new, in a good location, it’s clean and the staff are friendly but it’s fast food. What do you expect for food quality? They have tacos, burritos and other Tex Mex fast food. It’s not bad if you can’t eat at home or at a regular restaurant but they have gotten so stingy on what they put on the tacos and such that it’s like eating a taco shell with a spoonful of meat and cheese etc… on it. I think everything they use at any Taco Bell comes in a bag pre-portioned from corporate so the staff has hardly any choice in the quality or quantity. Pretty sad since Taco Bell used to be pretty good a long time ago.

I cannot even rate the service! 35 minutes to get my order and only 2 people ahead of me! Had to complain to the managers who weee busy I terviewibg in the lobby before I got any response at all! One other patron said this was normal and they always have to wait at least 30 minutes! And even worse- the sauces weee not filled so had to ask for sauce, and NO APOLOGY! At all! Never again- you e gotten the last penny from me at this location!

Okay so I live pretty close to this place. I think all these people working here need to be drug tested. I understand it’s a minimum wage job but come on, these people constantly smoke weed outside & when you place an order they takes an hr to prepare one small box & pretend they’re busy when they’re just standing in one spot. Came in on July 4th. Inside was spotless. Food came out quick, hot, and fresh. But the coolest thing I witnessed was they got quite a few elderly customers who needed help ordering and each time the employees helped with a smile. Very refreshing to see.

The simplest of things were absolutely putrid. Soup, salad and calamari for two. Calamari was so covered in a thick batter that the calamari could not be tasted. The batter was thick and hard as rocks. Worst Olive Garden I’ve ever been to, thank you Darden.

Why is Taco Bell in Minneola being soooo skimpy with their meat. I ordered 5 tacos last night (not only did they have no lettuce to put on the taco). When I got and opened the wrapper there was no meat in there to eat. It was like eating bare taco shells. Won’t waste my money there again. Smh
