The night staff here is awesome!!! Friendly, helpful, fast and definitely on point. They are always happy and smiling which definitely makes you want to come back. These days you don’t get much individual service or feel like a top priority as a customer especially in fast food but staff here is very nice and always makes you feel like a valuable customer. On top of that they’re super fast and accurate. I wish every place was like this.

Perhaps the worst of the worst . 2nd only to the Taco Belle located at the Mariner and Spring Hill. During breakfast hours No more breakfast food and just today Aug 19 2023 at 1045 AM. Taco Belle quote, ” we don’t do Senior coffee”, unquote! I could go on and on about the store on County Line Road. Just a waste of time with runner up at 4 corners. If you want a better deal drive over to the store located on Anderson Snow just south of Springhill Dr..Clean, courteous and Senior Coffe along with well prepared food products. I live less than tree miles from County Line and it’s a waste of ti.e and gadoline..

Went in for lunch and nobody was there to place my order. We were instructed to use the kiosk. So now I have to place my own order. A women came over to help us… (why can’t she just take orders at the register) but ok. We waited 30 mins for our food. They definitely take the fast out of fast food here! Our food was Ok. While we and others waited for our food we where given expired coupons for our inconvenience.. Who ever owns and runs this place needs to lose the kiosks. They are pointless especially when someone is helping all these people figure it out.. just have her take orders it saves on frustration and confusion.

Once again epic fail, ordered a cravings box for my mom, all that was correct. For myself I ordered the chipotle ranch grilled chicken burrito (x3) asked for NO tomato as they make me throw up. Every single one of them had tomatoes, I tried to pick them off, missed one and threw up my food and tossed the other 2 because I was livid and disgusted. Almost every time I’ve ordered from here something is messed up, which is why I generally don’t go here but my mom wanted it tonight. Will be avoiding for a really long time again.

Cashier wouldn’t take my order but was willing to show me how to use the kiosk, really? Prices have doubled, portions are half what they use to be and you won’t even take my order for me? Next we will be preparing our own food. Thanks for the memories Taco Bell, you will be missed.
