This location seriously has the friendliest staff! Always so welcoming and helpful! Only ONCE have I gotten a “wrong” order, and it was completely understandable, and partially my own fault (for not checking the screen properly)– I had asked for a burrito with “no beans”, but they heard “no beef”…(I was home before I realized, so not worth a trip back)

Horrible! I’ll start with saying I know taco bell isn’t fine dining, but normally is tastes fine for a quick bite, but this location sucks! The tacos were falling out everywhere and it made it difficult to eat. What I was able to eat tasted bad so I just threw it out. Don’t waste your time or money here.

Usually I would call this one of the best Taco Bells in Bradenton. But recently instead of waiting making your mobile order when you get to the speaker box at the drive thru, like it says on the website, they’re making it as soon as the order is placed. I couldn’t get there for 20+ minutes after I placed my order due to road construction. When I got to the drive thru I asked since I saw it was being made via the app if they could remake it as it had been sitting for 10+ minutes and was likely cold. I get that it’s frustrating, it’s frustrating to me too, but the gal at the window didn’t even respond to me at the speaker box so I had to pull up. I thanked them, wasn’t rude, just frustrated. And then the food that was remade wasn’t even what I ordered. What happened to this location? Customer service won’t even respond to my concerns I’ve entered via the app so I’m sitting on the phone waiting for someone to answer

According to the internet on Google the dining room should be open. I drive a truck that cannot get through drive-thru. I pull in the parking lot at 9:15 in the morning to get some breakfast and the dining room doors are locked???

Awful awful awful noise realize your short handed but when your frustration turns to rudeness it’s enough. Upon entering I was told that there were only two people working to order o the kiosk so I did whe our food was finally done it was cold my grandsons cheese roll up was cold grated cheese nit even warm when he asked politely if she could heat it she replied we don’t reheat items and walked away from him it wasn’t heated the first time!!!! Never will I ever go back there! Shame on that large black woman who looked like management so rude! It would have taken 30 seconds to do what you should have done to begin with! 0 stars for this place

Yeah. Taco bell is taco bell but when you order tacos with no lettuce and then get home to find lettuce in everything it’s a real bummer… lost most of my cheese trying to scrape the lettuce out because I didn’t want to drive 20 min each way back to the place to get fresh ones. So sad.
