I haven’t even left the parking lot yet that’s how irritated I am, so I order the double steak burrito I asked can you press it a little bit so it’s nice and crispy on the outside. I go up to the window it’s like the thing was already made not very hot & Soft like a marshmallow I say “excuse me guys” “like yeah” some white kid replies i ask “can I get this a little crispy I mean it’s soft and soggy” and he kind of snatches it out of my hand walks back comes back 20 seconds later “here you go” and I am about to ask for some hot sauce and he turns around and he slams the window and walks away. Somebody comes back opens the window gives me some hot sauce. I don’t know that that kid needs to be fired he didn’t give me a receipt.

The service great did not rush me on choosing my orders was smiling. Also did suggested sales to me. Which I really like. This Taco Bell is almost perfect. We did an online mobile order and the only issue that we had from start to finish was how long it took for the food to come out. However it was definitely worth the wait. The entire staff was super friendly and communicated with us about the wait. When the food finally did come out everything was perfect and hot fresh exactly what you wish for every time you go out to eat. I can’t say enough good things about this location. If I’m in the area I’ll definitely swing by again.

Look, I dunno if a district manager was visiting or something. But that was the best/weirdest service experience I’ve ever had at a taco bell. I started on the touch screen cause I try not to bother the kitchen. Guy comes up to the counter and has me order there. My food is ready before my drink is even half way filled. I sit down and half way through my first burrito a lady comes up to the table, asks how the food is, offers refills and trash service. This happens again at the end of my meal and she says thanks for coming as I’m heading out the door. Great service but frankly it felt like she had a gun to her head as I know they aren’t paid enough to give service like that.

I travel 4 to 6 hours every day to visit my clients, and I often stop at a local taco bell. I have to say, they have truly upped their game over the years. Cheerful employees, clean and friendly environments, and surprisingly clean exteriors and parking lots.

A few years ago I didn’t have the best experience with Taco Bell so I didn’t really do business, but recently I decided to give them a second chance. Not just this location but Taco Bell in general. I will say the food has been delicious, the service much better than expected, and the value is above the industry. You can easily get a combo meal for 7 to $8. And it is plenty of food. My favorite is the breakfast menu. Always good food.

I ordered 2 crunchy tacos and one soft taco for lunch. The corn tortillas on the crunchy tacos were not edible. There was a rancid taste and smell that was unpleasant. I have not had much luck with this location

Just ordered from the drive through. Asked if I could pay with a $100. The young woman at the cash was polite but another employee and the manager responded by yelling at me as if I was a criminal because I had a large bill.
