If I could put no stars I would. The service is horrible at night and disrespectful. The day crew constantly messes up basic orders. Both the order taker and the food makers. I literally get three tacos with only meat cheese and sour cream. That’s it, yet they still manage to mess it up! Every time. Take my advice don’t go to this Taco Bell.

I’ve come here 3 or 4 times around lunchtime. They are pretty slow to get the orders out and they are pretty inattentive to the customers as far as I have seen. Usually they forget to give me my drink cup and I have to call into the kitchen to have someone come out to the counter to give me the cup (its happened 3 times I think). I haven’t seen anyone manning the counter as of yet. It could be that they are understaffed or their scheduling manager just won’t schedule enough people to operate the store. The lobby is always really clean though so that’s a plus. Its a pretty chill place. I just wish they would get their orders out faster and spend more time looking at the counter to see if anyone needs to be served. No real issues with the food quality It’s taco bell, taco bell is gonna be taco bell. Can’t expect more or less.

I was treated horrible by the racist employees. Me and another white lady stood there waiting to be acknowledged for 30 min. I took a bathroom break because it took that long!!! All she had was a Mobil pick up order. Last time they didn’t have enough meat to serve us either. So as someone in a customer service atmosphere, I have never seen worse service in my life. All of the employees should be replaced. At least computers aren’t racists. Arby’s, McDonald’s, berger king are across the street, friendly suggestion.

We ordered online and they happened to have their truck that night so they were out of a lot of things. the window person was AMAZING and she felt so bad they were our or stuff so much to the point where she saw us our front finding a new spot to eat, came out and gave us coupons to come back and get food. ABSOLUTELY amazing staff. Always love this taco bell but they went out of their way to be kind this time!
