FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE at the DRIVE THRU! “Grayson” is awesome. Taco Bell should do a commercial featuring how awesome their drive-thru can be and “Grayson” should be the star…and also the kitchen staff is very very fast. I made three substitutions on the cheesy rice and bean burrito and they hit every single substitution perfectly and they are kind of like the unsung heroes working in the kitchen. This is really the best Taco Bell I’ve been to and I’m going to be coming here frequently. Great team here that should all be recognized.

The food was good, fresh and hot. It should be because it did take a bit to get it. The cashier was arguing with a customer about his wrong order and he put his chips and cheese back on the counter and she gave him the nachos and then put the chips and cheese BACK on the food line. Yuck. The dinning room had dirty tables and boxes stacked on a few tables. Maybe some construction but no workers, just a mess.
