Took the words right out of my mouth: This is by far the WORST Taco bell I have ever been to!! If it would allow 0 stars it would get a zero! I have ordered here twice now and I can tell you it will be my last. The food is just awful! Tacos are so soggy and looks like someone sat on them . you couldn’t even pick them up without it just falling apart everywhere. Definitely not fresh at all. Most likely have been sitting there all day. The nacho fries were so stale and cold i couldn’t eat them. So sad. I really used to love Taco bell but this one here on Summerlin Square Dr in Fort Myers completely ruined it for me. The staff clearly does not care about their customers or what they think. Just terrible.

I ordered a Nacho Bell Grande it was cold. 2 soft taco supremes, Broken shells and meat tasted weird. And my 5 layer burrito was disgusting. Definitely not worth what they charge. The manager and the staff are a joke. There is 0 customer service at this place. Food went in the trash. Don’t go there

The cashier Alexa was very warm & welcoming. We’re from out of state visiting and love the hospitality here. It was fast friendly service & Alexa checked in on us as she had a moment between customers. I HIGHLY recommend this location.

Came to the drive through just now at 520 pm on a Friday and Manager did not show up. There where 3 very nice people inside the dining room I still closed they told me if I could wait 10 to 15 mins so they might get the green light to make me a burrito. Feel horrible for the crew how come a manager does not have a back up plan and leave his team hanging with no support

Server Margot was super! Taco Bell seems to have gotten a little pricey. I ordered a Chicken Taco. They charged me 80 extra cents because it was chicken. That was almost a third of price.
