I’ve been to a lot of Taco bells over the last few years. I’ve spent just as much or more money than anybody has at Taco Bell. This is by far the dirtiest and most mismanaged Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. I’m giving them four chances, on the third one I told them I wouldn’t be back. I gave them one last chance and they messed it up too, a lot of my reviews are good, I take time out of my day to give credit where it’s due. This place needs to close its doors

This staff was amazing. I ordered 200+ tacos for a company event. They got my order to me in a timely manner, were so polite and helpful. And I will for sure be having them again for any event!

The absolute worst Taco Bell location I’ve ever been to. I live close and go to it often. Each time there is something wrong— front door locked, can only go through the drive thru. Or alternatively, the drive thru is closed and we can only order inside. Sometimes they just straight up close early and deny service even though an online order was already placed. Order is wrong half the time also. If we place an order for 2 crunch wraps with different modifications perhaps one should be labeled so it’s not a game of russian roulette each time. Just abysmal.

i wish i could give this experience no stars… it’s very disappointing to me cause i love taco bell and it’s the same worker ratika always giving me attitude and being so mean when i order or question something about there menu. i asked her “if one of the items come with beef?” and her answer was a hard and hostile “no?”

With the little staff they have they are amazing for keeping calm and getting through lunch rush with no drive threw. Very kind and welcoming. The cook was very sweet and helping with whatever needed while making food. The gentleman at the front counter was very sweet and patient. I give alot of respect to these three workers for working hard and smileing. You dont get that at alot of places.

Been living in fort myers my whole life and this has to be the worst Taco Bell how do you sell a customer FROZEN FRIES!!!? Night shift needs to be fired. This is a health hazard and will be calling corporate.
