My husband ordered 2 grilled cheese burrito boxes and 2 fiesta potatoes. When he got home one of the burritos was missing from the bag. He went back to the store and they gave him the burrito. When he got home again there was literally nothing in the burrito… Only sour cream, cheese and maybe a teaspoon of meat at the bottom. I have pictures that show my husband’s burrito ( made correctly) and mine is the second. Would not recommend this place

Worst taco bell I’ve ever been to, drive-thru ran by children are rude, your rushed with no one in the line , repeat order 4 times and still got it wrong ,I guess they feel like since their in a great location they rather deal with quantity verses quality, which I’m sure is part of their motto, they will continue to make money because not many customers read the reviews but , if someone does read this , stay far away from this store , there’s so many other great options in this area over this taco bell, do yourself a favor and don’t eat here , you will Wind up very unhappy ,that’s why in a few years they have a 3.8 review. Very disappointed, and upset. I don’t want to be contacted by any rep from this company apologizing and offering free stuff, use that money to train employees correctly, you lost a loyal customer forever, what a shame

Order 2 number 2’s Supreme beef! I was told they ran out of beef!!!! Then when I returned home I had beef but they were not Supreme! Seems every time I go to a fast food restaurant, they have hired people who can’t do their job and / or read the computer screen that shows the order.! I find it super frustrating considering Taco Bell didn’t knock on their door and ask them to work. They chose their job, and they should do it with pride. The employee’s chose to work their. So do your job 100%. I bet those same employees expect the same from their Tax Preparer!

Service was extremely slow. This was late night and there were a number of delivery drivers waiting for their orders. I had placed my order online, arrived 5 minutes later, and had to wait almost a full hour before I left with my food. When I spoke to the shift manager she basically looked at me and shrugged her shoulders. The problem is, they weren’t that busy. In fact, they released one employee after spending the better part of 15 minutes closing one of two lines in the kitchen. I understand you need to get ahead of the curve in food service but when you have the volume of business at that time of night that they clearly had, there’s no excuse for shutting down capacity and releasing employees. There’s also no excuse for ignoring multiple customer inquiries, including several by the delivery drivers who were frustrated that they’d waites so long to get their orders that they were starting to get cancellations from their customers and of course would lose the delivery fee and potential tip income. This place needs a top to bottom overhaul because the current staff does not seem motivated to excel. This is not the first time I’ve had this experience at this particular store. If this is a franchise store, Taco Bell management needs to take a hard look at how this lackluster operation is affecting their brand.

Don’t count on getting orders especially at night. The last several times we’ve come to this location we were met with “sorry but due to a large order it’s going to be 30-45 minutes for your order to be ready.” This is despite making a mobile order long before showing up.

This has to be the WORST Taco Bell in FLORIDA slow, rude and very cheap with their ingredients. I never ordered a lettuce Crunch Wrap or Rice Burrito, WHERES THE BEEF? I can go to any Taco Bell and never have an issue. Do yourself a favor and avoid this Taco Bell at 7553 Osceola Polk Line Road until the owners figure out cutting corners makes for Bad return customers.

Rude manager and can’t even handle to get me a phone number for customer service. My burritos were smaller than the size of my tacos. They were nearly width of a quarter and the manager said that’s normal portion size, which is a lie. Manager was belligerent and yelling at me over the phone. Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever dealt with. Never order here!
