Good is what you’d expect. However we watched the drive thru staff touching their face and then grab and hold each of our cups with bare hands on the inside and proceeding to fill them up. As soon as we parked, we dumped them out and enjoyed our bottled water. Made us wonder what we didn’t see the staff doing in the production line…

5 stars for great service! Chalupa was greasy…like really greasy. 5 layer burrito was good. Soft taco was ok. Young lady that helped me was the best!

Located on US hwy 27 in Lake wales. I stood at the counter what seemed like awhile before being served. Much of their business is drive thru so they may have been busy serving drive thru customers. I personally like the steak chesadilas but I would rather eat Mexicanat an authentic restaurant but for fast food it’s ok

I have to say last two weeks of dealing with death In family and refrigerator going out and lost a lot of money in food that this store and supervisor had their game on. 100% worth five stars!.

Stopped for a quick lunch. The bean burritos were very fresh and well made. They had senior sodas for 25 cents! First time we’ve ever heard of those!! Thank you. Only thing we saw that needed work was soda area needed attention…had soda and ice on the counter area, very wet and icky. The tables were clean appetizing.

Our entire order was messed up. Went thru the drive thru for an app Order. Once at the window I see a lady with very long braids making our drinks. I was very turned off watching her make small turns and her hair dangling and touching the tops of our cups. I thought hair nets were used to prevent this but i guess not? Needless to say, we didn’t drink them. Got home and everything we paid doubles for was NOT. I was so angry but after 10pm, who’s going to drive all the way back up there, wait thru the drive thru line again? Wasted money and time. I do not recommend this taco bell.

Took 21 mins to get my #9. I watched as 4 groups of customers come in after me got their food before I did. I got to eat 1 item during my lunch break.
