Absolutely disgusting! This is the second time we have ordered from this taco bell, first time they packed 4 peoples dinners all in one taco box, smashing all of the food together and I got mushy crunchy tacos. Guess what, second time, they put all of the tacos, again 4 peoples dinners, into one bag! I couldn’t even eat my dinner. The tacos were stuck to the paper, there was grease all over the food. They missed several things from my order as well! They clearly don’t care about their customers food experience and the chips had a chemical taste which has me concerned enough that I might call someone to report them for serving bad/not consumable food. Stay away!

11:40pm 08/26 pulled in drive through ordered for 3 people we were all hungry the staff was absolutely terrible, girl taking order had terrible English and that’s fine I worked with her, they gave me an incorrect order I notified them and they added a few more things after taking about 5mins to fix my order.. I get home to find out I was still missing 3 things and we all ordered crunch wrap supremes and they diddnt come with any meat, super disappointed. Usually that Taco Bell is really good

The food looks nothing like the pictures. I get that we live in a modern, ever changing world but this place along with others now carry a huge computer that looks like a mobile phone in the lobby where you order your food from with no help at all from a human unless you complain really loud! The visually impaired must hate coming in here. It is complicated, takes time which in my opinion if you are paying with a card ordering in the app is easier and atleast you can take your sweet time without pressure from the next person behind you tapping his foot because the person in front of him

This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered at the kiosk waited patiently to pay with cash. The lady in the drive in was yelling at the workers in another language. After about 10 minutes waiting I asked if they received my order. I was totally ignored. Several other customers came and left while I was waiting patiently because no one would wait in them or even acknowledge they were there. I just enjoyed my lunch at McDonald’s across the street. The lady in the Drive thru should be fired. She is rude and lacks any customer service skills. I want be going back to that Taco Bell.

Went to this restaurant today. There was no client at the cashier, so technically I was the next one. I was really patient and waited a long 8 minutes. All the staff was working on doordash or Uber eats orders. All the drivers got their orders. They never served me!! No hello, no nothing. WORST SERVICE EVER !!!! I left the store without any order.

This location is always the worst. Last time I went through the drive through and they forgot half my order and drink. This time I order chicken soft taco supreme and Mexican chicken pizza and it shows up with beef and chicken. I was so hungry after working a long day and didn’t feel like waiting as the order took some time already. All I wanted to do is sit down and enjoy a meal. There was a employee on break in the lobby which is fine but she was on speaker or FaceTime with her boyfriend dropping F bombs and using the N word loud to catch my attention. I don’t feel is this is business appropriate while you’re representing your company in their uniform.

Employees at this place are “working” as they don’t want people to come back. The place was almost empty al 2:00pm on Friday. I did not complain but an old man after me did. Just to many bad things to mention, the person in charge did not even filled up my drink completely. This must be the worst Taco Bell location in Florida.
