Doritos locos hollow tacos.. seriously, at least camouflage the fact that it’s so empty with lettuce.. or is that too expensive?? Not to mention, they were ordered and charged as supreme too.. not coming back to this place.

This was a while ago, maybe 2014. We have not been back to this location since. We went through the drive-thru and made our order. The person on the mic was distracted and kinda rude. When we got to the window they had the order wrong. I thought they had fixed it, but then they charged the wrong amount. I drove to the door and came in and asked for a refund. So I ask to see the manager. They said the manager was busy. I said I would wait. The assistant manager yelled out from the back of the store that they were not going to fix it or give me a refund. I ask them to come out and speak to me, they responded with “We have already called the police.” I said ok then. So after all this mess, I don’t have my food, they won’t refund my money and the police were called… I called the corporate office and they seemed to think that the manager was out of line, and the wanted to give me a free meal there. I told the person on the phone that we were never going back to this location, not even for a free meal.

I Would like to let the company know we receive outstanding service at this location today twice in one day we went early in today around 11ish am and and then at 3:55pm we saw Sahily had very grate customer service at the drive-thru and multitasking the front count customers with helping a customer to place their orders on the Keyios station, We saw Sahily so thankful to another customer for the business who was waiting for his order patiently and she gave him a small cup for free for his wait. I also want to recognize Yanara as well for her wonderful customer to us in making sure to help us right away when they did not see the cash order pending to ask us if we needed help. Want to recognize ALL team members that worked this day for their outstanding work in making sure our order was 100% on point and I’m truly grateful for the service today a this location 004258 Thank You! I am hoping to receiving it once again in the future. I’ve been at another location closer to me and always they would mess up our order and I would find out always once I reach our home to know it was the wrong order. I stop going to that location now cause on all the times we went every time our order got mess up and never any good service their everyone is to the back and no one ever is helping customer who is waiting for service in the front. Hope the management give the recognize for the hard work and outstanding service to the team at location 004258 . Keep up the Great service!

Horrible customer service is what I want to start off with now I have worked in the fast food department and I know what it is like and the thing is I never in my life ever served someone food as nasty as this, I was always nice and polite and gave them their food nice, fresh and hot. But this I cannot understand it’s disgusting my husband said that his Chipotle melt was cold, my Cheesy Gordita Crunch had no sour cream and was cold as well. This isn’t acceptable at all and as im seeing the comments I see that they’re doing stuff like this a lot and not getting held accountable which is crazy

I guess it is the new thing. All most ever fast food restaurants want the customer to use the kiosk. I had a senior couple behind me, and they couldn’t use the kiosk machine. Even they said, They will mot return to that restaurant.

Really wish you guys could get your soda machines fixed its been atleast 2 weeks since they have been off and all the sodas taste flat . Usually when I come the baja blast is one of the main reasons I come and order a meal. I ask the workers everytime if the machines are working they always tell me yes and then again like today I get let down again and the sodas are no good and it’s a waste of money. Also I’ve noticed I hardly ever get a receipt when I order.

Coming up on three times now that I ask for a bean burrito to be fresco style, and ate a cheese-smothered burrito with lettuce that I never asked for that wilted from the heat of the other ingredients. I’m horribly allergic to dairy. Pls pls plssssss train your employees properly. It could save someone with food allergies and sensitivities.
