Drive thru was horrible. I think they actually did this on purpose. How do you miss the meat? You poeple really need to get on point. I even said no tomatoes. So I get tomatoes and Suprise…. no meat. I am respectful everytime, but it is very hard to not think low of these fast food employees. But I guess it is the miami mindset.

Terrible. Where do I begin? This franchise has been going down hill for a while. They can never get your order right or they’re always lacking items. This has been the only Taco Bell with that problem. So I can maybe understand they don’t have certain food items due to the supposed food shortages but how do they not have cup lids? You don’t eat those. The last time I ordered from here I got two bean burritos that the beans were old and tasted like a flavorless paste, a chalupa with barely any lettuce or tomatoes or even chicken and the cheese was nonexistent. Also the bean burritos had no sauce or onions, just some old beans and a bit of cheese. Do not waste your time or money coming here. There’s other taco bell franchises way better than this one. I would give it 0 stars if I could.

Zero stars: their management team is never on top of supply therefore they are always missing menu items I always notice how vehicles are leaving due to not being able to find the items they want. In addition those late nights I find myself going around 1:00 or 2:00 in the morning I have noticed they are closed even though they’re our state they are open till 5:00 a.m. I myself go to the one on 68th avenue which is always fully stocked.

We like Taco Bell, but today we did not have a good experience. They were out of many items (which was posted all over their drive through menu due to pandemic) including why we even went there in the first place…Breakfast Crunch wrap. YUM! It was 10:46am and they told us breakfast was over. I asked when is breakfast over and she said” when we run out”. So we had no choice but to order lunch instead. Before I could grab the food in the drive through the bag broke and all the food fell to the ground. It was an accident so I felt bad and helped clean up the food that dropped to the street. Then she asked me to pull up and they would remake my order. The car behind me got their food first and honked at me. I was stuck and could not move. (At this Taco Bell once you leave the drive through you enter a main street and are not permitted to re-enter Taco Bell. So I just had to sit and wait. Once I finally got my food I parked in the restaurant next door to check my order which was missing a soft taco. I tried the cinnamon twists which tasted like “poison/burnt oil or something terrible”. So I walked back over to the inside of Taco Bell and asked for my soft taco and told them to smell and taste the twist. She smelled it and threw them out. She ask me what would I want to replace it and I took some cinnamon balls which were delicious. She also gave me the soft Taco they forgot to put in the bag. When I went back to the car and finally started eating all the crunchy tacos were soggy. They also put beans in my remade nacho Bell grande which I didn’t want. I guess the reason I’m taking time to write this is because I didn’t feel heard. I don’t think I would have mind all the mistake so much if I would have felt heard. When I went back in and said ” someone here should really taste the cinnamon twist because they taste like poison” and no body did anything to the three full trays that seemed to have been from the same batch, it was vary disappointing. I would have also like someone to come up to me and apologize. They were all their mistakes after all. Call me old fashioned but what happened to “the costumer is always right” and “we aim to please”. Needless to say my I did not enjoy my soggy tacos, beany nachos and chemical tasting twist for BREAKFAST.

Good taco bell, the workers here no how to hustle. The only complaint I have is that the person who attended me kept speaking Spanish to me. My Spanish is not very good. On top of that, the person only gave me 2 sauces for 12 tacos. Common sense should say 12 tacos take up more than 2 sauces. Not a big deal though, overall it was a good experience.

The level of professionalism at this location is a disgrace to the company’s name. It’s very noticeable the lack of training, lack of leadership, and the lack of coaching to the young team members of this establishment. It makes a consumer wonder if the previous scandals that have gone viral at this same location is only a small reflection of what really happens inside this “business”.

Drive Thru Hours posted are from 7am-4am and they are never opened that late. Every other night that I drive Thru they always have some reason to close early, usually around 1:30am. They stop serving when ever they want to. Management should check to see what’s going on at this location.

The food was good; the customer service was nonexistent. The shift manager Claudia, is very ghetto who has a chip on her shoulder, highly unprofessional, yells across the restaurant to other employees and will go postal even in front of customers. If you want to feel unappreciated as a customer this is the place.

October 15th 3:40am, on my way to work and decided to stop by and eat something at this Taco Bell but unfortunately that didn’t happen. A girl who I believe is a redhead was being extremely disrespectful and did not want to take my order. She ended up ignoring me at the drive through, I mean if you’re going to be on clock getting paid then you should be attending customers not ignoring them.

Went through the drive thru & the employee was super nice and everything was fine until I opened my cheesy Gordita crunch and there was a piece of a black glove stuck to the taco.. I got so disgusted I threw everything away & lost my appetite. Whoever prepared my order ripped their glove while making it and it even bother taking it off and just wrapped it like that..
