The employees have attitude and their customer service is very unprofessional. They gave me attitude when handling my food and messed up my order (i asked for all steak and they gave me all beef and chicken!!). They gave me no utensils to eat and they made me park because of their timer. I had to go back to the drive thru for straws and forks and they gave me attitude. The guy that dropped the food off was missing 1 straw for 3 drinks and was rude.

This Tacobell has a 25% upcharge do to the Franchise owner biting off more than they can chew. I’m not paying an upcharge on food that’s already worth 1/3 the price.

Discrimination! I asked to use the bathroom and the manager forced me to buy something. I had to use the restroom as an emergency. Metaphorically if I was a baby or child with no money would you force them the purchase something before peeing on them self. I buy something every time I go in there, that’s the reason I’m there. It’s Discrimination to deny someone use of the bathroom. No matter if they buy or not. Then the manager said you can’t use the bathroom because it’s ” private property”.

The employees are terrible. My order was messed up not once, not twice, but FOUR times !! I placed my order online and I went to pick it up in the drive thru and I got the wrong drink, then I got half of my order, then I got the wrong sides and finally I was given the wrong food from what I had ordered. I never had to walk into a Taco Bell so many times to ask them to actually give me the correct order. The young employees were all maskless and they were not taking me seriously.. never again..
