Amazingly kind and welcoming staff. Sabrina and one other crew member tan the whole store at lunch on a Sunday around the corner from Universal and the busiest area around, just wow! I can’t believe how great of a mood the staff was in. And the store was spectacularly clean! I’m quite sure I’ve never seen a cleaner Taco Bell. The bathroom was also spotless. The food was great with just the right amount of filling. And seriously, I can’t say enough about Sabrina and her personality. She was respectful and sweet, helped a special needs customer very kindly, and seemed so happy to help all of the customers. Very impressed with her customer service and the quality of the food as well as the cleanliness of the restaurant.

If I could give this a zero I would if I could give them negative stars I would. I didn’t even get my food. All I wanted was a burrito and two tacos, I paid for it and everything and I was in a rush but I was waiting behind three other people. I ordered at 5:20 and left at 5:40. 20 minutes I waited to get my food so I just walked out and never got anything this service was terrible!

I am giving them two stars as the employees seemed very friendly. The WORST burrito from taco bell ever!!! There was almost nothing in it.. I think it was chicken but it was dry and crunchy, lettuce, maybe some Doritos chips and a little chipotle dressing I am guessing. The whole burrito tasted like it was burnt and was pretty dark brown you can see in the picture. Just threw away more than half..

I hate when I drive away and about to enjoy and then cant…straight disappointment…dissatisfaction….if there was any less meat on this taco I WOULD HAVE NONE…im damn near am eating a shell with lettuce…..damnnnn..taco bell $1.79 for a regular taco shell with the most minimal fillings…yall should be ashamed ..billion dollar company…stealing from the little man.

Waited 15 to 20mins for my food (having only 30min lunch break) yet u have the cooks arguing & fighting and messing up orders, they took a drive thru order with 24 tacos and did that order b4 mine and 2 other people orders that were also waiting longer then me 15+mins unorganized, messy & unprofessional

What kind of taco is this u ask? A lettuce one. Barely no meat no cheese. Wth. We ordered ten and this is how they looked. The meat was even cold. Just unacceptable. The burritos I forgot to take pictures of was similar. Don’t bother coming here. Attitudes apparently are abundant. Also the crunchy taco was mushy in addition to cold.

Ordered a 5 layer and forgot to get it grilled they placed bag on counter and I asked the cashier if they can grill it because I forgot to ask them, she said we can’t because it already touched the lobby area, then I told her I haven’t even opened the burrito yet and responded it’s policy. They touched the food more than I did. So I decided to eat it like that and tortilla wasn’t even cooked one bit, and cold. Taco Bell make it make sense.

I wish I had a job at this taco bell, everyone seems to be on break all the time. I waited 20 min for one person to casually make my food with no urgency while 1 employee sat in the lobby on her phone and 2 more sat in the kitchen making tiktoks. It is also very clear that inside orders are second class as everyone who ordered inside was skipped for drive thru orders

They don’t fill the tacos like they should. With everything going up in price, the least they can do it make the food properly. Also they don’t pay attention to all options for the food. I added sauce to several items and they never put it in,which I paid for. It was the drive thru so I only found out when I got home. This is not the first time either. I have complained to the staff and just got a “I’m sorry” didn’t offer to replace it or fix the problem. No manager there at the time either…stay away from this taco bell
