Every time we order food at drive-thru, there is missing items or items made with the least amount of ingredients (see photo of tiny burrito next to iPhone mini – burrito was almost $4) Every time we call, no answer because they DON’T HAVE A PHONE! Most times we order food at this location, it’s late at night after football. Between 8:45pm-10pm. The staff here tells me I should’ve come back the night of ordering to complain. I HAVE SMALL CHILDREN THAT I WILL NOT TAKE BACK TO THE RESTAURANT BECAUSE THE STAFF CANT MAKE AN ORDER PROPERLY! Especially a school night. The staff is young, inexperienced, rude, and incapable of understanding life as a grown adult with a family nor the importance of money being spent for poor quality food. You need to hire better individuals who care about customer service and making food properly. Judging by the other recent reviews, there’s a trending quality issue at this location. Fix it.

This Taco Bell is horrible and I will never go there again. Went through the drive thru to order and I wanted a chicken quesadilla and was told they had no chicken because it wasn’t taken out so I ordered a crunch wrap and asked for no tomatoes and extra meat and they put tomatoes and no meat, the taco shell for the hard taco was stale, I then ordered a Mexican pizza and asked for no beans add extra meat and cheese, there was no meat and the cheese was not even melted and it had way to much sauce on it and the soft shell tacos were cold. The employees were standing around and leaning on the counter. This location is horrible don’t even bother going to it. This is the 2 time I had an issue and I will never go back and when you call they don’t answer the phone.

I absolutely hate that this is the only Taco Bell near me and my kids love it. I’ve had the worst experiences at this Taco Bell far worse than any other fast food restaurant in recent memory with the sole exception of ChikFilA in Waterford.

Not sure what happened in the last few months, but quality has tanked. Seems like all the employees can’t be bothered to care even 10% or at least fake like they care. They gossip amongst themselves, do as little as possible, mess up making your order and then forget to give you sauce as they chuck the bag at you. Unfortunately Avalon has limited fast food choices without driving to Waterford, but if this is the quality they’re giving, then it’s time to stop going here.

I didn’t take any pics of the food but it was delicious. A few years ago this Taco Bell couldn’t get your order right to save its life but it has been on point the last year or so. The food looks like you would see it in a commercial and it tastes even better. I probably stop at this Taco Bell at least once a week now. The staff is super friendly as well. At least through the drive thru. I haven’t been inside in a long time.

Great customer service. Wanted “keto” tacos for carry out, so I ordered them without the shell/tortilla. Pleasantly surprised when they served up each component in it’s own container so I was able to build my own using low-carb tortillas.
