Gave me a sausage Crunchwrap when I ordered bacon. Was already gone from the restaurant without time to go back when I opened it. Emailed them through the app about it & never heard back. Clearly they don’t care that their staff can’t make a correct order in an empty restaurant with only 1 other person picking up to go at the time. Can’t imagine how bad it gets when they’re actually busy weekend nights.

The store and the employees are extremely nice. However, is you attempt to drive to this location, The only parking available are paid lots or parking garages. Food quality is excellent and again, customer service is amazing.

I don’t like this location so much. I will go if there are no other cheap options. The food is standard Taco Bell (nothing wrong with that). I was not happy that i couldn’t get a cup of water. I was also bothered by the staff when a customer came in with a group and he needed the rest room, he was made to purchase first before was given access to the restroom.

We ordered 40$ worth of inedible food, since the first bite was completely rancid. By the time we tried it, we were 20 minutes away, so we threw it out. Now both my husband and I have belly aches. Absolutely disgusted. I was hoping the “Cantina” Taco Bell would be a step above, but goodness I was wrong!

This location is way better than most of the others around town. There prices are lower, so they must be corprate, because a lot of other locations in Orlando are multiple dollars more for the same items. They were fast, and they have a few more menu options than others do.
