This might be the most chic Taco Bell I’ve ever seen. It’s small, but the outer walls are clean and so is the parking lot. The drive through line moves quickly, and my order is always correct. This is a strange thing to say about a fast food franchise, but I like the recent remodeling and how the architecture looks.

This is usually one of the better locations. Did a mobile order in the dining room paid cash and took me 45 minutes to get my food. I love the marketing I love the atmosphere but the execution from order to completion is greatly lacking.

You should never ever have to go back to a restaurant to fix your order and when you do have to they should be much much nicer to their customers. My order was simple 3 tacos no cheese. I only got cheese. Lousy service, go elsewhere.

Went to this location today. We had made a mobile order to get a Quesarito, and ordered the rest of the food in the drive-thru. When we got to the window, the worker told us that the mobile order had already been picked up. When we told them that we had placed that order they said, “you’re ____?” as if there was a question that it was our order when we asked for it by name. The manager refused to remake the order for us, and couldn’t give us a refund. There was also no apology for giving the order to the wrong person, and we left without the Quesarito and still $5 less in our pockets. This was handled extremely unprofessionally and unacceptably. We will not be returning to this location ever again.

Two cars in drive thru (counting ours) took 20+ minutes. And they hadn’t even taken order. We left along with the two behind us unserved. They managed to serve two other maybe pickup orders in store in all that time. Looked like 3 employees. Pretty pathetic.

Typical Taco Bell tasting food. Nothing spectacular or 5 star about it. The service at this location wasn’t blazingly fast by any stretch but we didn’t die of starvation while waiting either. The service was friendly when I picked the order up at the counter. We didn’t use the bathroom(s) here, so I can’t comment on how sanitary they were/ are. The dining area was pretty clean and free of any debris. The garbage can wasn’t piled high and seemed to be looked after. I didn’t care for their parking spaces across the front as they were half asphalt and half a concrete block design set into the dirt.

A drive through order became an hour ordeal with this place. Two combo orders add guac. Wrong order given, half of it no guac. If it did have guac, apparently it’s customary to put it in the outside not the inside. Workers here are LAZY! Was told to pull forward so they could give me the rest of the order. No one came, and we waited 15 minutes. Go in and got completely ignored. Had to get the attention of a worker, the manager no less. Manager just stares and walks away. No aldowledgment of a conversation at all. Finally after waiting yet again. The taco was given to us. AGAIN, do not come here!

We went after church Sunday and parking a church van was easy, ordered our food on a machine and they called us up. I did have to ask for my drink but I was with my kids and they were happy to have their food

Never had such bad tacobell. You expect it to be tacobell but taco wasnt wrapped right greasy just tossed together messy. Gordita shell was hard not hot n chewy. The cinabons were cold and soaked in grease plus I walked inside took 18 minutes to get someone to take my order and another 14 to get it. I was only one inside. By time they brought my food to counter the frozen drink I order i couldn’t get because machine “just” went into cleaning cycle.
