I purchase chips and cheese 1.99 and two sides of cheese .75 each! For them to come almost empty and cold!! Was there 1/5/2023 @ 2:48pm not busy and yet again disappointed! Only at this location so I have this service!

Waited for close to an hr for two orfer that was on doordash. Two customers order while I was waiting and they recieved there order first. One customer had her order wrong and also had to come back because they still messed it up and her order was first thrn doordash to go order. Go to drive thru cause they are slow inside

Like someone else mentioned the recent girls that work here are rude as heck. They have below zero customer service skills. But I get it. It’s impossible to find employees probably so this is the worst of the worst. Can’t even train them to be better. Just screws up orders. Doesn’t even make them. Then accuses you of not even putting in the order. Ignores you while you tell them you’ve payed and have confirmation of order. Like what the heck. Who is supposed to help me if not you. Yes you the person who works there. What a horrible location. This is not the first bad experience with customer service here. And that last review by a previous employee just seals the deal. How disgusting and awful. Sounds about right. Never returning.

This location is getting worse and worse every time I go. It was convenient since it’s on my way home but I guess I’ll just start going somewhere else. Burritos barely have anything in them and they ask if you want sauces but 8/10 times they don’t give you them.

They got my order wrong. Also $6 burritos hardly have any meat or other fillings. The burrito is probably 75% soft flour wrap and 25% other. Spend the extra $3-4 and go to chipolte

Asked for no beans on my 2 beefy 5 layers and the staff went out of there way to not only put beans on it any way but an entirely different one than what is listed as an ingredient. Good help really is hard to find I guess.

Do not go here they will steal your money. I have two charges on my card one for myself and the cashier made one for herself. Then they wouldn’t give me the General Managers Information when I asked for it since the manager told me I’m a liar.
