I have frequented this Taco Bell since moving out to Keystone. I have been satisfied every time! The food is always freah and hot. They take the time to make sure that the ingredients are evenly spread as well which is amazing! The service is always polite and the always give us a huge handful of hot sauce. Great location!

The Taco Bell in Keystone Heights is by far the best Taco Bell I have ever been to. I go all the time and they are so consistent with having fresh hot food. I have never had a bad experience here, they do a phenomenal job!

It was a good restaurant when it first open but ever since then it’s going downhill they don’t have enough help and the help they do have inexperienced. Yeah they’re not keeping up their standards or times every time I’ve been there I’m having to wait 30 or 40 minutes in line before I get the order and then waiting another 30 minutes or so to get my order and most the time they got it wrong or something missing and it seems also a lot of times are out of different Ingredients they’re supposed to have supposed to carry for making burritos and tacos and there prices are too high No good service and a lot of time in the afternoons or evenings door is locked to the lobby they need better management. They need better staffing and more staffing and they need to pay their employees more and give them benefits that’s probably half the problem they don’t have any good employees.

Our food was hot fresh as it always is. Im a fan of Taco Bell and so when I’m traveling all over the country I’m always attracted to pull in. Our of all of them, this one always has their ducks in a row. Respectful employees and my order is always correct!

Very good! Fast service, Fast waiting time, both line and inside are great. No complaints! The only thing I would complain about is to not get their sour cream because it’s gross, but it isnt the local Taco Bell’s fault.

There are very few places to get fast food in Keystone Heights, so I was happy to see Taco Bell pop up here. I prefer dining at small, local restaurants I’m general, but TB is great for on the go meals. Lately, we’ve really enjoyed the breakfast crunchwraps in the morning.
