I love Taco Bell when they actually make the food right, but this day these were new employees and I swear they go to the local drug rehab place to get the employees now. Guy that made my food had no idea what he was doing. I had a couple special orders and he, missed it completely.

Manager that was working on Aug 25th just before noon was incredibly unhelpful, claiming they can’t redeem gift cards or manually enter card numbers. Every POS system currently in use today has the ability to manually enter card numbers. The manager needs to be reprimanded. The staff otherwise was great!

I’ve ordered from this taco bell multiple times and every single time they have not once actually gotten my order correct. I always order the same 3 crunchy supreme tacos and most of the time they give me regular instead of supreme and the tacos are just very poorly made.

Of all the Taco Bells I have ever been at…this one is the best. Even late at night, great service, smiling young faces, and gave me plenty of my favorite taco sauce. Congrats to all involved. If only more places did what you do….something simple, but so nice.

We have attempted to eat breakfast there nine times in 3 weeks. We have only been successful twice they say they open at 7:00 we were there at quarter to 8:00 employee in the parking lot smoking could not get food. Very disappointed in the service. Seems like me somebody is getting paid to be there but not actually working.

While the service during the hours they are open are great better than most in the area. The fact remains this location chooses to run 11-7. Locations like this will be the reason Taco Bell breakfast fails. Fast food is successful for 3 main reason. 1.) consistency 2.) fast 3.) value / not doing breakfast means consumers can’t come to try breakfast, thus not making it apart of there routine, kind of how McDonald’s has come to be so successful for breakfast. The limited hours are probably do to short staffing. If you really thought about it and put money and time into the short staffing issue I promise it would be solved, in fact I can even solve it for you. For instance, labor is typically a percentage of your budget in revenue, let’s say your under your budget, why not meet your budget by giving out those extra hours on employees pay checks that went above and beyond? Look forward to this location getting back to normal. I visit atleast 5 times per week.

Here I go again saying I wouldn’t go back to this store in particular because of how rude some of the staff can be. I decided to try it again and ordered 50 dollars of food for the family on the online app to avoid staff. Everything was thrown into a bag mixed up. Top that off they were wrong so I went back in where they could make another one for me after I was interrogated on what was wrong with it. I put the one on the counter and the lady got mad with me and demanded I keep it or throw it away. So I ignored the rudeness. So she refused to give me the food I paid for until I threw it away. Never have I had to deal with this. I won’t be going back
