Outside the building, the door, and the dining room were all filthy. Customer service was not friendly and my order was wrong. I simply ordered crunchy taco Supremes and got regular and then they gave me a side of tomatoes and sour cream to put on myself. The worst part is how filthy the door Was and also the tacos tasted terrible. Like they were reheated stale taco shells.

I’m not normally a fast food person, but I was on lunch and they weren’t crowded. I went in and was amazed at how clean the dining area was! The guy behind the counter was friendly and helpful, he knew his menu and was able to make my request happen, when I couldn’t find what I wanted. Kudos to this location!!!

Recently I attempted to order at 8pm and they were out of refried beans, black beans, potatoes, and rice. Today, the drink station was filthy, including dried puddles of soda, and there was food debris on the cash register counter (i.e. lettuce pieces and unknown smears). My order was not on the order pick-up shelf and I had to stare at it on the back counter for more than 5 minutes after being greeted. While I waited I watched an empty taco bell food box fall off its stack onto the floor, and then get returned to the stack rather than trashed.

Worst franchise owned taco bell I’ve been to. Not only is everything more expensive (Happier Hour drinks are $1.59, not $1 and most items have an upcharge) but the staff is usually very cold and unfriendly and if you ask for a water cup, the most they’re allowed to give you is about a 6oz cup. The only Taco Bell I’ve been to where you ask for a cup of water and they give you about 4 sips worth.

Been here a few times since remodel and have been dissatisfied each time. The personnel do not put complete order in bag and how do you eat pintos and cheese with out a fork? We like the food and this is closest to our house so we will be forced to go inside so we can check our order before leaving!!

I usually use the drive thru and eat in my car at this place but we opted to go inside recently. The cashier was unexperienced and needed help with our simple order … it was obvious that he hadn’t been properly trained. Then, while we were seated and eating, the staff were talking (yelling) disturbingly loudly to each other. This was not a pleasant place to relax and enjoy a meal. More mature staff is needed at this place!
