Laxative Fiber
Every time I come to this store at night, they are normally out or doing one of a few things: fryer is down, exact change, we are out of sauces/sour cream. It never fails. Never had this much trouble with a store. Not even sure surveys for this store even get reviewed by any management. Rather go to McDonald’s than here.

This Taco Bell experience was the worst I have experienced. We ordered our food from the kiosk and when we brought it back to our table we noticed we didn’t have cups for our drinks. I went back to the counter to ask for our cups and that’s when I was told they only had water and iced tea. There were 2 people who were ordering from the kiosk and my husband let them know there was only water and iced tea available. The manager with an attitude said, “there was supposed to be a sign to let you know and if there isn’t one I’m sorry.” She then inhaled deeply and said to herself, “it’s going to be okay” which I heard. Garbage was overflowing and the whole place was extremely dirty. The bathrooms had no soap and pee was all over the floors. There was a paper towel roll left on the sink to dry your hands (because the dispenser was out) that was sopping wet. Defeats the whole purpose of it being there when it’s wet.

Constant arguing among the employees caused absolutely terrible service. After waiting 20 minutes for our food, and others coming in after us and getting theirs, I asked that they cancel the order and refund my payment. It took about 10 minutes of arguing with two different angry workers to get it done. Worst managed restaurant I’ve ever had the displeasure of being in.

Placed an online order tonight but it was pretty late around 2. As expected, they were out of a fair amount of things, which didn’t bother us since we knew it was near closing. The lady substituted missing items for the next best thing. The food was edible, but can’t expect much from any taco bell especially at those hours. She was stressed out, trying to make sure we got everything we ordered and trying to also make sure they people behind us would get their order quick. She was super kind and chill, definitely deserves some recognition and a break.

Was lied to about drive thru being down after sitting for 10 mins and told to go inside and when I got inside they were letting other people go thru the drive thru and multiple customers inside were pissed so I think they were trying there best to turn customers away or deter them.

The store looks to be fairly new but i see reviews from 7 months ago. Service at a snails pace. It took 20 mins for our order and I over heard many times from the cashier “we don’t have that”. My order had substitutions that I didn’t ask for, i was told about it when i got my meal. My suggestion is to find new management. I could have gone across the street paid slightly more for a real mexican lunch.

They had like 2 people working one night I came here and the lady was still kind despite having to deal with rude folks. I mean you seen that there’s like 2 folks working and you still wanted to order a Buffett it’s not the employees fault. They work hard tho the food is REAL Mexican
