Customer service is awful, today is the 21st of July and the time is 9:25 The staff in there playing, cursing and talking about stuff that’s not job related.. I ordered 4 hard , 1 soft Supreme and on all the tacos I didn’t even have meat. I am not a vegetarian. At least they could have put meat on the tacos. Lettuce, tomatoes and cheese. I’m allergic to tomatoes. This is awful. They really need people that are willing to work and comprehend. My 2nd grader can listen and comprehend better than them.. poor customer service, food wasn’t right, they slammed the window. I will be getting in touch with cooperate.. just sad……… if I didn’t live far I would have taken all this MESS back, sincerely

As mentioned before, this restraunt is really kept well, very clean and very modern. The staff is exceptionally professional and helpful. The team really seems to care about their jobs and it made my experience really great. In fact, they made a mistake on my food (asked for the vegan options, but got meat/dairy) but the experience was so great with the staff that is is still a 5 out of five. The team there made a single visit to Taco Bell feel really awesome like something exceptional. THANKS!

Way better than their neighbor, McDonald’s! Here you get your food hot, correct and even a smile at the window. My only complain is that the mountain dew taste off here but that might not even be their fault so overall, love this spot.

Honestly I would give Zero stars if I could. Forgot items in my order. When I called they were very rude. Whoever was working drive thru at 7 pm on April 1st, 2023…it was literally 4 things and you forgot two of them. I get mistakes happen but whoever answered the phone when I let them know is rude.

I order on my app, and they always make it before I get there. That’s not suppose to happen. You are suppose to show up and tell them your name and THEN they make the order. The food is not fresh. Do better guys and do what you’re suppose to do and not bend the rules.

Rude, unprofessional and hostile staff. Complete lack of order accuracy and zero effort into resolving issues. Doesn’t answer phones and apparently this location manager is unable to keep up with inventory to the point I’ve had to ask on numerous occasions what can I order since they out of so much stuff that it’s almost impossible to get anything other than chips and cheese or a cheesy roll up in a crunch wrap tortilla with out asking what it is they can make u. Love Taco Bell hate this place.

The chic tkn orders on night crew has a HORRIBLE attitude for NO reason (I was told her name is Tara but we all know how that goes). I made internet orders so I barely had interaction with this female God forbid if I would’ve had to put up with her nastiness for a whole order! I literally parked far away from the window JUST INCASE I would’ve had to drag her out of it! Ma’am watch your tone in Albany everybody isn’t as nice as I am .
