What the ****. This is the worst food I have ever received from taco bell. I also got a burrito that was ripped in the middle so they balled it up and put it in the wrapper. I don’t expect anything above mediocre from taco bell but I didn’t think the bar could fall this low.

You really have to try to be this bad. Call me crazy but I love Taco Bell and was really excited about them opening up in our smaller town. I have given this place a couple of chances because I thought maybe they were working out some issues. Unfortunately I have to say that the food is disgusting. Both times I’ve been there I’ve thrown the food away when I got it home. Just terrible. I’m not expecting gourmet, but I am expecting Taco Bell! I don’t know what this stuff is. Yuck

Brand new location, it’s clean, and the employees who helped me at the drive-thru at 11 p.m. were courteous friendly and efficient. This is not something I can say about a fast food restaurant that often. Hats off to the employees that actually care about their job!

Everytime we try to get food from here it’s a ordeal. Tonight, against our better judgment, we stopped in. All the workers were outside in their cars or smoking. Seems like a red flag for fresh food. We pulled in and left because of this. The last time we had food from here ( a month ago) the food was cold and the order was completely wrong. It’s like the owner of this taco bell is trying to lose money. I don’t understand it. This is the only late night restaurant in Richmond hill but for some reason it’s the worst establishment in the vicinity. Go somewhere else.

I don’t know if it is the morning crew or lunch crew that sucks(see other reviews for here) but the night crew is dope. Definition of polite and all the food was made well. They almost forgot my cup of cheese but a young man came flying up shouting “cheese, cheese, cheese” before I even started to pull off. They are on it. 11pm is 5 star time for sure.

The worst experience I’ve had. The employee at drive thru was rude, I was asked to “pull around to the double doors” to have my food brought out to me. It wasnt a long wait. However, it was not what I paid for nor asked for and once I got home to eat I was disappointed in what I unpackaged. Absolutely unacceptable and I will not be returning. Our experience at this taco bell was better then the first time. The staff where very friendly and did what that could with being so short staffed. Now on the other hand, The couple that was just their with their adult daughter where the rudest customers I’ve seen. They went to a fast food place and wanted the workers to wait on them. They didn’t want to get up and go get there own food and they would not clean up after themselves. Come on people your supposed to be adults not children. I just hope and pray that with the way you guys acted that granddaughter doesn’t turn out like you guys because you couldn’t act like adults.

They ignored literally everything I asked for. HORRIBLY wrapped. I used to work at a taco bell at another location & this is absolutely terrible terrible service. They do not listen to their customers, careless and messy wrapping, everything was a huge mess, lots of things were ripped. I wish it was possible to give 0 stars, absolutely a horrible experience. Not to mention we were the only people there so being busy was not an excuse. You genuinely would have to try to be this bad at your job or high out of your mind. they definitely need to hire new people, or find new management because they obviously haven’t gotten proper training.

Glad to see this new Taco Bell. There is another in the area but the quality is lacking. This new facility is clean , the service good and quality very good. Tonight I had the burrito supreme and soft taco supreme my wife had the crispy taco supreme. Will be going back again.
