MANY AND MANY TIMES HAVE I ORDERED HERE AND THE FOOD IS STILL TRASHHHH AT THIS POINT JUST THROW THE WHOLE STORE ON RUSSELL PARKWAY AWAY!!!!! It’s sad you have to travel miles to get quality food. These people are playing with our food here and they act slow as hell or nasty attitude. Tell me why my chalupa is this GREASY! And where is the side of steak and lettuce ? Please save your money! The expansive order counter is gorgeous and functional. We got our orders extremely fast… the off peak hours helped but that doesn’t make a difference at some other places. Ikm gluten free and love the basic crispy tacos. Gotta love the fire sauce!

Not all the employees are well trained and pretty much always seems to mess up the order. I ordered extra sour cream on chalupas and there was nothing in there that suggested it was extra. I also ordered chese quesadias with extra jalapeño cream and my order came with not a single drop of jalapeño cream. I never usually do this but I wanna know if this will fix anything but i wanted to give it a try because I am tired of food joints getting away with hiring unmotivated employees. So I hope word gets around and they can fix this issue because they are ruining the reputation that other Taco Bell’s in town have. Especially one on watson.

I was out for lunch with a friend and former co worker who was a favorite of thos place. I was surprised by the quality because I rarely go there because of the plethora of Mom and Pop Mexican restaurants in Warner Robins. I may go back again if I want a quick in and out meal.
