We tried the burritos and tacos combo. Food, was pretty good. I usually only get tacos or nachos. But the burritos were surprisingly good! The main problem with this visit was that it was over 100° heat index outside, but they kept it too cold inside to be comfortable and worry about the food getting cold before we could eat it. We decided to sit outside under the covered patio. There ceiling fans but when I asked if the ceiling fans could be turned on, they said “no we can’t turn them on”. WHAT??

just returned from lunch today. No cashier to order. fine. sat empty cups on counter and walked away. kind of odd since i had to indicate at the order kiosk what drink i wanted. still had to ask for a drink because it was not out front. Got order. wife had the cinnamon twists, they were the worst ones ever. no cinnamon, and something very off about them. went up to counter and finally someone came up and we asked to swap them out. wife stayed right there at counter to taste one but employee walked away immediately. still tasted terrible. she said excuse me 3 x and another employee just looked at her. i ended up having to raise my voice to say excuse me and the same employee came back to see what was wrong. wife told him they were still bad and told him to taste one. he looked at her in disgust and said no you already touched it i am not going to touch it like she had a terrible disease. i told him that was unnecessary that all she wanted him to see what was wrong with them. tried telling manager about the issue. seemed unconcerned and only said i am sorry. terrible customer service and overall experience.

Lobby full of customers and no one would come to the front counter and help guests. Customers at the counter trying to get help while employees ignore them and walk past being loud and laughing in the back. Waited over 25 minutes for a mobile order for two power bowls. Would’ve left if I hadn’t already paid for it.

Placed an on line order. Five orders, and they place them in a single bag instead of individual boxes. The order was missing items. Return to facility with items, to correct order and they but back some of the returned items, instead of replacing all the items, with new items. Very disappointed with facility in Byron Ga. 319 North Hwy 49.

Well, like everyone says here, going into Warner Robins is a better option than going to this one. Asked for a grilled cheese burrito (Got the grilled part right, no cheese) and unsweet tea (got the tea part right, but it was sweet), asked for sauce and didn’t get any. I swear, all the restaurants in Byron are all the same. The people who work in them seem to not have two brain cells to make a spark. It is sad because with the growth in this area, these places are needed. Those who own the franchises should consider practicing better screening for employees or else, Peach county is never going to be known for anything but its namesake.

Ordered online through the app for delivery. Ordered the cravings box and never received a drink or sauce packets. The Doordash delivery lady was very nice and its not her fault. She asked the restaurant for a receipt and was never provided one so it’s not her fault. Pure laziness.

So this place is really awesome when it comes to service. We ordered, and realized they left one thing out, which wasn’t an inconvenience really but when we circled back around they immediately fixed the mistake and gave us a coupon for a free taco with our next order!

Placed my order at the kiosk while watching one of their employees clean up and handle the trash can with gloves on that same employee then turns around and goes to make my food with the same gloves on. Absolutely disgusting cross-contamination from a trash can to food. Got my refund and walked out

Food was okay but trying to get anyone to acknowledge you after you go inside was hard. It’s such a shame that customer service goes out the drive thru window because they don’t want to hire cashier’s to actually take orders anymore.
